"I ordered a few months back a spicy mince pizza. Instead, they sent me a chicken pizze I really didn't want. So I called and they said they'd give me a free pizza next time. I have explained that I am not often more out, so there is a deadline for the order. they said no. I called today to claim that there is a daily policy to get any kind of refund for food or money and that they have changed manager too, so that the mistakes do not transfer. I would give them less star if I could."

Ordered pizza and kebab from here on our visit to Ayr, we were staying at the nearby Ayr gragie campsite and they delivered to the gatehouse for us. Very nice food and would order again from here if in the area.

my brother ordered me a thunder kebab from here and it wasn't great, the portion size was decent, but it felt too thick, which made you very quickly when they can make the kebab thinner, then it would taste better.

Terrible service. Over an hr late. CAlled times. Assured delivery within minutes. Still waited Total joke. In the interim i called shop many times clearly closed up n gone home. Worst service ever !! Avoid like plague

Ordered food online waited hours but not delivered.Husband cancelled order. Poor kids slept without pizza treat. Bad customer service had no manners to talk over the phone. Need to learn some basic ethics of business. Friends please dont ruin your mood over choosing Flames...

I asked for special bun as piri piri piri chicken..bbq huhn. spicy chicken three. a hole that was only placed when he asked why he said that the piri piri was the same as the spicy? so where his still spit of the hawn. I have made a photo, I hope I can recharge it sick never again foot in the gig set and it warns even very tasty bland and the salat acid dont go it hurts where they feel it. they think we're all fucking stupid. for this

Stopped in at on the way home for a restorative chippy. They had another few folk in the shop at the time, but weren't mega busy. They were quick to take our order and cash, but then it took at least minutes to...get our food. We had to prompt them a few times for our order, and when it finally appeared the food was cold. This was a great disappointment, as it denied us the pleasing sensations of a chippy-cheesy-mayonnaisey goop. Also, for some chips can get tae.
