"I don’t know where to start because this is the third time we come, and it will be the last time. the first two the service was long but the dishes are good I must say We were five we asked that the main dishes be served at the same time as the entrances. Knowing that there were only two entries and three dishes we arrived at 12:40. The entries of 2 of us were served around 13:15- 13:20 , knowing that we were 3 not to take a lap so looked at our colleague eating while having asked from our arrival that everything was served at the same time after multiple relaunches to the servers 13:20 always nothing! We had asked Virgins mojito to come back to us to tell us that there were more... things that happen. We then asked for fruit juices that were reversed also fishing in the place of apricot brief. We were really annoyed, we ended up taking sodas, and to finish at 13:36 EXACTLY our dishes finally arrives and surprise one of the five dishes was reversed! . She had asked instead to put fries in the purée, and she was used for the purée instead of the fries she had asked and clearly specified yet! It was too much for us, knowing that we had only 1h30 of a break we had to speed up for chains the dessert Mm not had time to digest briefly and two of us five preferred Do not take desserts and go so long .. The organization in the kitchen or the service is to be reviewed. It’s a pity because the dishes are still very good to say! There was a manager I think a great Caucasian guy, bald with Lunette who kept us high enough that barely listened to us he seemed to want to move on to something else. ... given the price we pay, I think it is important to ensure the service, the treatment of your customers and to serve us what we have asked, without having to be mistaken on several occasions. Drink and dish it's a lot!! We're not coming back. It’s a pity PS: a lot of courage to the new server that was doing its best and the 3 stars also come back to her and to the girl as well but Mr the manager or whatever place you’re holding you don’t have to make sure at all that our break time was ruined and even a reassurance you didn’t do it shorter ever"

Een prachtig restaurant maar de serveerster die we hadden was niet echt vriendelijk. Het brood wat je krijgt is niet vers en dat is wel jammer. Het was keihard. Dan zegt de serveerster ook nog dat het normaal is omdat het een pain tradition is. Ik kom zelf uit Frankrijk dus dan moet je niet met dit soort onzin aankomen.. Voor de rest was het eten heerlijk!

Booked for an early dinner before boarding The Eurostar back to London. If I’m honest I wasn’t expecting too much from this Brasserie but I was very pleasantly surprised. The decor and ambience is lovely and all the staff were efficient and friendly. The food is good, honest staple French brasserie food, done very well. Both the onion soup and in particular the fish soup were amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we’re in Paris
