"Im a HUGE fan of the TGI brand itself to the point of having birthday's there every year since i was 15 years old I am so sad to say that the brand itself is dying the food is reflecting it. Last nights meal was the worst meal ive had at a TGI restaurant, I ordered the Ultimate Ribs but got informed by the waiter (who was amazing the the service) that the rib supplier was different ribs were all the same size. Disappointed but still wanting ribs me and my partner went with the ribs. When they arrived straight away from just the smell alone you could see they were burnt to a CRISP so bad you could smell burnt, chips were stone cold, coleslaw was SUPER salty corn on the cob was sticky (which i dont get unless they thawed it wrong). I complained to the waiter which looking in disgust agreed that they were burnt said she will get us some new ribs which after another half hour of waiting came out even more burnt then the first set of ribs. I had enough at this point i had enough asked for the manager who kindly explained the same story of having a bad supply of ribs which explains why they are the way they are. He comped our meals apolgised we left disappointed after 2 a half hours of disastrous food. I would highly recommened NOT going wasting your time or money here at all, definitely the worst TGI experience to date."

Absolute shambles of a TGI. We waited 40 mins for the sharer starter which was completely cold. Our daughter kids meal came out at the same time, it was so cold she could eat it straight away (she’s 14 months old). We then waited another 30 mins for the starter to come out again! After a further 25 mins wait we gave up waiting for our mains and walked out! What a wasted evening, shocking service and will never be returning! Service: Dine in

we waited 20 minutes for our server to come over to get our order in the end we had to go and find someone to go and look for her just so she could take our food and drink orders. We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to receive are mains yet the restaurant was virtually empty. Mains arrived and a medium rear steak was ordered yet it was medium well. We got the steak re cooked which took 20 minutes I had finished my food before the steak came which means we came to dinner together yet ate separately. When the steak did come it was dropped to the table and the server walked away and didn’t say a word. The food took so long we didn’t even order dessert as we have already been here so long.

"I 'm not a vegan, hell I 'm not even vegetarian but that doesn 't mean you can 't eat vegan food and I do enjoy eating v/vg food regularly so my review is from the viewpoint of someone that simply looks at this type of food as, 'is it objectively good? ' rather than comparing it to meat alternatives because frankly you can get two drastically different pork sausage rolls so comparing vegan to meat is the wrong way to look at things imo. I 've been to Vegan Antics three times and tried their cupcakes, biscuit slices, sausage rolls, pasties, paninis and jacket potatoes. I have to say that I have broadly enjoyed everything that I 've tried from there. The tuna mayo jacket potato the first time really was excellent both in terms of flavour and texture and the pasties are soft, flaky and comforting. The biscuit slices were really good and the only items we were indifferent about were the cupcakes where the sponge had a slightly unusual flavour to it but this could be a one off and we 'll certainly try them again. I do plan on trying their other offerings such as the freakshakes and hot dog so I will update my review but overall I think it 's a great cafe offering excellent vegan food. Slightly marked down on service as whilst the staff are lovely and informative, it was quite a wait for my food despite pre-ordering but it looked like that might be down do the capacity of the equipment as opposed to anything else."
