I had lunch at this restaurant and overall, it was a decent experience. The meal price ranged from £10 to £20 per person, which is quite reasonable. The food was satisfactory, earning a score of 3 out of 5. The service was also average, with a rating of 3. Our experience at TGI was an absolute disaster. We waited 40 minutes for the shared starter, which arrived completely cold. Our daughter's kids' meal came out at the same time and was so cold that she could eat it immediately (she's only 14 months old). After that, we waited another 30 minutes for the starter to be brought out again! After another 25 minutes with no sign of our main courses, we decided to leave. What a wasted evening! The service was appalling, and we will never return.

we waited 20 minutes for our server to come over to get our order in the end we had to go and find someone to go and look for her just so she could take our food and drink orders. We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to receive are mains yet the restaurant was virtually empty. Mains arrived and a medium rear steak was ordered yet it was medium well. We got the steak re cooked which took 20 minutes I had finished my food before the steak came which means we came to dinner together yet ate separately. When the steak did come it was dropped to the table and the server walked away and didn’t say a word. The food took so long we didn’t even order dessert as we have already been here so long.

Im a HUGE fan of the TGI brand itself to the point of having birthday's there every year since i was 15 years old I am so sad to say that the brand itself is dying the food is reflecting it. Last nights meal was the worst meal ive had at a TGI restaurant, I ordered the Ultimate Ribs but got informed by the waiter (who was amazing the the service) that the rib supplier was different ribs were all the same size. Disappointed but still wanting ribs me and my partner went with the ribs.
