I had made a reservation for an early dinner as I was with a pregnant friend and didn't want to keep her waiting long. Upon arrival, we waited at the door for a few minutes before being seated. We were given popadoms, but then waited for 20 minutes without menus, drinks, or a waiter in sight. I had to go find a menu myself. Feeling ignored, we decided to leave and I offered to pay for the popadoms we didn't ask for (which were surprisingly expensive at £4.95). This experience was a real letdown, especially considering the high quality of food I have received in the past from this restaurant. It seems like they should stick to what they do best and focus on takeout/delivery rather than dine-in service."
