"The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the roasts were tasty. However, despite the restaurant being busy, we waited over an hour for our meal. We had a toddler with us and no one informed us of the long wait or provided updates. We had to ask where our food was. The roasts were good value, but my husband's burger, which was more expensive than the roast, was served cold. We were disappointed that no offers were made for another drink. This experience may deter us from returning in the future, which is unfortunate as the venue seemed nice."

Efficient, friendly and good value for money. Always visit when down on holiday, if you’ve never been it’s well worth a visit especially if you have children as they have a lovely outdoor area, where you can eat and drink.

Unfortunately when we arrived they hadn’t got our booking from yourselves on their system so they couldn’t accommodate us in the restaurant, we did take a table at the non waiting area as we had a hungry child with us! It took 45 minutes to be served!! I have complained directly with the pub and they have sent a discount voucher for future use, This discount could have been offered on the day!!

friendly staff and beautiful roasts. the restaurant was busy, but we waited for an hour for our meal and we had a small child with us. No one said there would be a long wait or updated us. we had to ask where it was? roasts were good, but nabenburger, who was much better than the roast was cold. we had no other drink, because no offers were made. would get rid of us in the future. as a beautiful place.
