"what a surprise! didn't expect anything special when I was just on the way from the shoe sale. the greeting was very welcoming, which is as important as everything else. I had the lamb roast dinner with a cup of tea for £11.95 there was much lamb that was cooked directly without gristle or sharp pfirsiche, roast potatoes were perfectly cooked, but not overcooked to a crispy cough. the court also came with large fluffy yorkshire pudding, broccoli, flower cabbage and carrots. not too crisp and not too soft. this was served very quickly without hanging around. for dessert I had a generous support of chocolate wingcake and custard, the £5. it was around 12.30 clock and I was surprised that the restaurant was not packed, it should be! I was last Sunday in leysdown and that was the best quality, service and worth. Please note that I am not in any way connected to this business and it is a real review."

divine food, impeccable service. manage them to spend a family meal for 9 without problems. children were also very welcome. a must if she visits an island sheppey.

Fab, quirky pub! Food was lovely, staff lovely and very reasonable too. I wanted to buy almost everything in there. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back if we are ever back in Leysdown

Excellent food and friendly staff. First time visiting and was so surprised how friendly staff were. The food was well presented and tasted fantastic and very reasonably priced. The deserts were also delicious

visited here during the holiday. personal friendly. eating well. we came with an omelette a panini. then called on Sunday to see if we could be booked. they were in a position to fit us into which was good. would come back if I were out of here again.

We had a wonderful evening with our family at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. When my brother-in-law spilled coke on his pants, they quickly brought him a towel and even helped him dry his trousers on the radiator. The food was exceptional and we were served generous portions. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great meal out.
