Great accommodation with spacious and well equipped rooms with lots of character, a warm welcome and a great breakfast, highly recommended.

I came in on Wednesday for the steak night, absolutely amazing food, staff was amazing and very accommodating , highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!!

We walked 10 miles through hills and mud to visit Bisley. Stumbled upon this pub in search of a mid hike break hear me when I tell you this Sunday roast is worth 1000 miles of hike.

We had the nicest meal out we have had for a long time. The food was amazing. Super friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere in an old local pub. We will definitely go again and will definitely book for a Sunday lunch it looks amazing.

We had Sunday lunch today with a party of four. We all finished our plates, which says a lot about the food! The service was great and there was plenty of delicious food, it felt like a home cooked meal. There was a good selection of vegetables and a generous portion of meat with all the trimmings. The price was great too. I highly recommend this charming pub.

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. I enjoyed 2 courses for just £16.00. The cheese soufflé was absolutely delicious, and the mushroom pappardelle with truffle was exquisite. Shane provided lovely and attentive service. I am looking forward to dining here again. Additionally, the restaurant has its own convenient large car park located just across the street.

Went here for a Sunday lunch, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. it was delicious. They have their own car park. The building itself is hundreds of years old and has amazing history. The fact you have to cross the road to go to the men's toilet just adds to the experience. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Beer was great as was the desert. Highly recommended

Had Sunday roast for three of us (beef, lamb and nut roast). Great service and the everyone's roast was perfect. The lamb was tender and the veg were really well cooked (the red cabbage was especially tasty). The extra treat of couliflower cheese was a bonus and unexpected. Service was great warm and welcoming and very reasonably priced. This was our first visit under new management and ouldn't be more happier. Also being such a lovely old pub in one of the prettiest villages in the area is another added bonus. Can I give 6 stars?
