"I visited Brassmill last year and enjoyed the Sunday Roast. However, my experience today for lunch with a group of 10 people was disappointing. We were informed of a 30 to 40 minute wait, which was not an issue. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, we found the portions to be small, especially the Gluten Free Hunters Chicken. The chicken breast lacked bacon or cheese, only having BBQ sauce and 12 French fries. Additionally, the Gammon Steak meals were served cold with minimal chips. On a positive note, the lasagne was delicious and served hot. Overall, our experience has deterred us from returning, as we found the meals to be overpriced with small portions, leaving us still hungry."

Had a most enjoyable meal, only criticism was that the onion rings was lacking onion and was far too overcooked. One meal could of stayed hot if the plates were hot. But we would definitely return soon

We gave up going to Brassmills months ago due to the poor availability of menu items but this was excellent all available, good specials, well prepared and excellent service. We thought the mini desserts are a great idea. We are looking forward to a return visit

The food at this restaurant is always delightful, especially the pork belly on Sundays. It is definitely worth a visit. The average price per person is between £40-50. The food, service, and atmosphere all rated a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their Sunday Roast. View menu

Our waitress was very pleasant, smiley and friendly, the atmosphere was lovely too and both my friend and I enjoyed the food homemade always goes a long way with me. Vegetarian options: I think you could of done with more variety, the vegetarian options normally consist of nut roast, I make this all the time for myself and is relatively easy! Dietary restrictions: We were asked about this. Parking: There is plenty of parking, I've never been here without being able to park.

My family has been going to this pub for over 20 years but unfortunately, the service and food quality yesterday were unacceptable. We arrived at 12:30 and had to wait over 30 minutes for our order to be taken. Even after that, we had to wait over an hour for our food, while other tables that arrived after us were served before us. The food was poor quality and not worth the price. We were so disappointed that we didn't even order dessert because we didn't want to wait another hour, meaning we left the pub hungry at 3:45. Our main courses and drinks ended up costing over £300. Overall, the service was terrible and we were very disappointed. Not a good experience.

"Visited here in Sept 23 for an executive dinner that we were hosting for various senior business leaders. We booked out the whole venue, which was the perfect size and atmosphere for the intimate and exclusive feel that we wanted, plus a convenient location. The TV that shows into the kitchen was fascinating, and the record player was put to use towards the end of the evening! Caroline from the venue helped us organise the event in advance and was great to deal with. We were fortunate with the weather so were able to enjoy a welcome drinks reception out the front of the venue, and have the door open all evening to let the balmy night in. We had the 7 course taster menu and it was simply OUTSTANDING so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, particularly the beef steak course! It was so tasty that I even enjoyed the fish dish (not usual for me! . Service on the night was exemplary, the courses were brought out at just the right intervals so you weren't waiting ages but also not being rushed. The chef came out to greet us after the final course, which was a lovely touch and meant we could thank him. Overall, we had really great feedback from our guests, everyone loved it thank you for making our event such a success! We would definitely book again, and I know a few of our guests have already recommended it to their own companies for executive dinners! Would not hesitate to recommend."
