"We visited on our way home to Kent from Manchester for a late lunch. The restaurant was busy because of the football but when I asked about being in a quieter area, they came back to us when a table was free to offer it. Food was really tasty and good value for money, my husband and I had the chicken sharing platter and there was so much food! I had an ice cream sundae and it was delicious and the kids had massive sundaes. Staff were friendly and welcoming. But best of all was the after care we received. Unbeknownst to us, we left our son's wallet with all his birthday money in on the table. When I realised the next day we didn't have it, I started working my way through all the places we'd been. I rang the pub and spoke to Hayley. She asked me to confirm what type of wallet then said they had it and had been hoping we'd call as they knew it must belong to our little boy as she'd been working the day before and remembered us. She was so friendly and happy for us. She took our details and sent the wallet back recorded delivery (as we live too far away to pop back). I offered to reimburse her but she refused. She then checked n after to make sure we'd received it. We are so pleased there are such honest and helpful people in the world"

A group of three of us thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal at the weekend. Locally recommended we weren't dissapointed. Excellent service, value for money from an extensive menu. Well worth visiting if in the locality.

This is my favorite pub in the area. I visit it every week without fail, and the staff never fail to make my day brighter. The food is delicious and affordable, and there is always a friendly atmosphere. I'm so happy that this pub is my go-to spot.

We recently dined at this restaurant for a festive party of 17. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and our table was beautifully set. The meals were outstanding, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating. Kudos to the chef for such delicious dishes. We had a fantastic evening and will certainly be coming back again.

I went with my family to celebrate my birthday near Christmas. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our table was set up with crackers since we pre-ordered the Festive menu. The food came out quickly and at only £14.99 per person for 2 courses, it was a great deal! The turkey was juicy and the portion size was generous. The staff were attentive and even noticed when we needed more gravy without us having to ask. We were already full, but the desserts were so delicious that we made room for them. This restaurant is a hidden gem and definitely worth checking out!
