The service at this restaurant deserves a 3 out of 5 stars. While the staff was friendly, they appeared to be somewhat disorganized. On the other hand, the atmosphere earned a perfect 5 out of 5. The decor was stunning, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.

No chicken dishes again, they don't offer alternatives if part of a combo or larger dish takes far too long to be served. Guessing they try and squeeze the most out of the customers before they give up (we left and went elsewhere). Short staffed missing major menu items. The food was delicious and prepared exceptionally well. Our server, Lisa, was delightful and friendly. The only downside was that the heating was on when we arrived (it was very cold outside) but was soon turned off. The restaurant became quite chilly, so we had to put our coats on. I am consistently let down by this restaurant. Even after giving it several chances, it never meets my expectations. The atmosphere is more akin to a dirty porta-potty at a festival than a dining experience, the salad bar is poorly stocked, and the food is just mediocre and often overcooked.
