"The food is amazing at Hache House, I had the Canadian and my bf had the American and we couldn't fault IT. Our only concern was the service it felt very understaffed and although the manager was there she didn't really appear to be getting stuck in! The poor lad on the bar was inundated with cocktail orders and didn't know the menu whether it was lack of practice or what I'm not sure but the drinks took forever to come. The waiter we did have though was lovely however his colleague seemed away with the fairies and not really involved in what he was doing. But like I said if they possibly had another member of staff it probably would have been better. You can't fault the food though."

Usually go to a similar burger bar in Lancashire however tried this new place in southport friendly warm welcome from staff great service and lovely food , had a great night

I thought I was in a U.S. restaurant. Large portions stacked high burgers and some fantastic options for fries like chilli and also sweet potato fries. Loved it and will go back

eating was great, my friend is disabled and I was worried that the place didn't fit, but it was great. the staff is very helpful and polite. I'll come back next time I go southport.

We went on New Years eve with our children what a lovely experience, fabulous tasty food, lovely ambience mixed clients groups different ages, couples, staff and owner very friendly and attentive have recommended it already and will be back.

My wife and I ate here just after Christmas. Took a little while for our initial order to be taken but otherwise the service was good and very friendly. We had the traditional burger, which was fine, as were the chips (separate charge), and drinks.

Had a lovely meal, was just surprised the restaurant closes so early as we did not realise and had just ordered a jug of cocktail, so rushed it down really. But will know for future as we will return, as the food and drink was lovely and very good value

Staff were helpful everything was quick and easy wasn't bothered by staff constantly which can be annoying food was perfect! Loved the cocktails too the only thing I would put down is that the soft drinks are way overpriced!! £3.75 and that's not even refillable! I could actually go to the shop get 6litres of coke for that price and get change. I would never pay that for a drink of coke! But other than that okay.

We arrived for lunch at 1pm, only 2 other tables seated. The waitress was very friendly and the food was delivered with a flourish by the chef. However, just too slow. Nearly an hour wait from arriving and food coming, having to ask for more drinks, ask for the bill. Other people arrived and left before ordering due to the speed of service. Left at 3pm having only eaten one course and no adults dessert. Needs looking at, not sure we'll be back and definitely don't go before the cinema you'll miss your film!
