"this place is always with tourist, whatever the season and whatever the weather, but they will notice that most of the locals in the coffee shop near the water spray as result. eating is nice, but nothing imaginative, although the chickensalsa packaging are very tasty and very good in portions. it is really oldey worldey, which is likely why it is so popular among tourists, especially the gray haired brigade, and is correspondingly decorated. teppich seems to be a strange choice for somewhere where children and older people fall so much food on the floor, but the tables are always immaculately clean. they have a small area where they can sit outside when the weather is nice, but it just feels like a corner of the parking space so not special."

Come here for a spot of breakfast to catch up with an old friend. The staff are absolutely lovely and very friendly. Food is fantastic. Nice to see things haven't changed in years since my last visit. Would happily recommend to anyone View menu

we had used the buttery a few years ago and enjoyed it so when we saw that it was still trading we were satisfied. again we enjoyed the experience. Please note that behind the buttery there is a parking space, but it is easy to miss...the entrance

that must be the best omelette and hath browns I had lived in all my life and believe me that I am old. the lightness of the quality of the products is not the same. you have to go. I really don't want to write that. like me, so not one table next time. but they think it will be worth it.

After we have just arrived in brockenhurst, we pumped for a fast drink to the buttery, but I was also tried by the ****, cream and jam. the skorone was huge and very tasty. unfortunately my wife spat half her coffee, but the server was very fast. enlightened and brought out another coffee without fee. if we are back in the opposite, we will definitely pay another visit. We stopped here for a light lunch whilst staying in Brockenhurst. The cafe has lots of spaced out tables and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We both ordered a toastie which were served with a garnish and were delicious. Our pot of tea...was brought with a small jug of hot water to top the tea up with which I thought was strange as it didn’t have a lid and therefore went cold fairly quickly and therefore useless for topping up a teapot! We paid for the tea and toasties which I think is on the high side but it wouldn’t stop me from returning.

This place is always heaving with tourists whatever the season and whatever the weather, but you'll find that most of the locals at the coffee shop near the watersplash as a result. The food is nice, but nothing fancy, although the chicken salsa wraps are very tasty and portion sizes very good. It's really oldey-worldey which is probably why it's so popular with the tourists, particularly the grey haired brigade, and is decorated accordingly. Carpet seems an odd choice for somewhere where kids and elderly people drop so much food on the floor, but the tables are always spotlessly clean. They do have a small area where you can sit outside if the weather's nice, but it just feels like a corner...
