came for a weekend away and wandered into a few pubs around the opposite. the krone was the only one that was the personal and even the renter and the renter.

Had a lovely lunch here today! Shared a tasty Camembert with my son and enjoyed the fish cakes from the specials board. Wish we’d had room for dessert, but we were well fed! The service was outstanding and the wine perfect. Well done Adi and team, loved it! View menu

Excellent food and service all round. Called and booked a table and said we had a dog with us. Upon arrival we had a table ready with a dog bed water bowl and dog biscuits on the table. The little details go a long way. Thank you guys for your excellent service.

I ordered a sandwich and soup.. my husband ordered sausage mash... Mine was huge!! the sandwich was enormous... the salad was homemade with lots of lovely ingredients... not the normal shop bought bag!! really impressive... my husband thoroughly enjoyed his... Reasonable prices good service to

The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. We went for a family celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our meals, which were served hot with generous portions of vegetables. The vegetarians and vegans in our group were well accommodated. We would definitely return and give it 10 out of 10. View menu

The Sunday dinners at this restaurant are the standout in the area. The food is delicious and well-priced. The atmosphere is charming, especially when live bands perform. The recent renovation has given the place a fresh, modern look. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, making it a welcoming place to dine or just stop by.

I rarely leave reviews but the hospitality we received today really was excellent. We stopped with my partner’s parents and our 1 year old for lunch. The ladies went above and beyond helping with the little one, so we could relax and enjoy our meal. They brought his lunch quickly (to keep him entertained), they brought him colouring stuff, they chatted to him and one of them even offered to hold him whilst we ate! We stopped on our way home from a long weekend in the New Forest and hadn’t received service anywhere close to this during the 4 day break. The food also was so good and excellent value for money. I came to this restaurant for lunch without a reservation. It was very busy, but the staff kindly accommodated us at a table for three as we had requested. The service was excellent, with courteous and friendly staff. We were quickly served our drinks and food without having to wait long. The meals were delicious and good value for money. I had an appetizer, main course, and dessert, all of which I enjoyed. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and cozy, with dogs welcome (although I did not have a dog with me).
