"Dropped in for Lunch, Food was delicious and Hot. We sat outside as we had our doggy with us, but it is dog friendly but the day was sunny and we had a great view of the beach/harbour. We were served very quickly and the portions were generous. Prices were fair . It was clean and tidy as was the cutlery and dishes. There is a great choice of Drinks available too. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend it. The staff were pleasant and friendly . Nothing too much trouble."

The line was not very long for a Sunday morning. We arrived at 10am and only waited around 10 minutes. The breakfast was served promptly and was delicious. We enjoyed the lovely views of the water while dining outside.

Had breakfast here the last three days. Excellent Locker breakfast very nicely cooked and very tasty. My wife had the Bacon, Egg and Avocado on Toast which she really enjoyed. Coffee was excellent and all reasonably priced. View menu

Lovely atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Excellent choice of food and drinks, nice to see more than 5 tea choices. Food excellent, presentation excellent, nothing too much trouble. Food arrived fairly quickly, despite it being a fairly busy time. Accommodated this wheelchair user without fault.

Travelled 2 hours and fancied a nice sit down lunch so decided to visit Davy Jones Locker. We arrived at 11.30 and were told lunch started at 12 so decided to wait 1/2 hour. At exactly 11.59 my husband made his way to the ordering counter to be told he could not order as still not 12. At this point we left as felt the staff member was rude and not very helpful at all ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE so will never visit again

We fancied a coffee and a quick snack when we got to Barmouth. The Davy Jones was more or less the first place we came to. It’s got a great location; right on the harbour. There’s loads to watch. We only had coffee and cake. These were spot on. There’s a decent menu with ‘proper’ meals available. The plates we saw coming out looked pretty good. Watch out for the seagulls. We were sat outside and saw a few very ‘confident’ gulls. View menu

Great breakfast, they have gluten free bread but not sausages so had extra bacon. Unfortunately a crafty Gull got one piece of my toast, but you are warned about them so can't complain, just admire its cleverness. They don't have dairy free butter which is unusual nowadays but managed without. Great coffee as well, went on out last morning so don't know about the other meals they do. You have to sit outside with dogs, but good view of the harbour as long as its dry.

I made a rookie error and ordered without checking the menu prices. 3 bacon sandwiches and 2 instant coffees £27. Swallowed my distaste and paid, reasoning that these must be seriously good for the £7.50 price I paid. They arrived after 20mins on thin, dry bread. Minimal bacon. I understand the need for profit but this was the worst value and most disappointing bacon sandwich I've had in 44 years. Someone would need to work for 2.5 hours at national living wage to afford this toss. Awful
