The dishes were outstanding, rich with spices and cooked to perfection. The warmth and dedication of the staff made us feel comfortable and satisfied, showcasing genuine hospitality. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which arrived promptly and tasted remarkable. They also catered to our dietary needs and were accommodating to our children. "The food is delicious, fresh, and served in generous portions. For pescatarians, there are plenty of options to choose from. The mussels in tomato sauce and linguine marinara are particularly tasty, while the pizzas and garlic bread are authentic and satisfying. Having lived in Japan, London, Australia, and Canada and dined in numerous restaurants, I have never encountered a place as unique and generous as this one. The owner and all the staff truly appreciate their customers and provide exceptional hospitality and respect to each individual diner, whether they are regulars or first-timers. This level of care and dedication is rare and refreshing, making it a joy to support such a local business. It is clear that the customers' happiness is the top priority for this restaurant. Dining here feels like being invited to a warm and loving Italian family dinner. Everyone leaves full, happy, and grateful. I cannot wait to dine at this fantastic restaurant again and will proudly recommend it to my friends. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!"

"Table was ready and we were seated promptly. Everything is clean and tidy as always and the service is slick and prompt. If you are on a hrs break you could be done if you wanted. All the food was good and we have the set menu which had a good selection of chicken, steak and prawns with a duck course as well. Always a pleasure to eat here"

"We were at the pub for the Summer Soulstice evening. It was good fun with fantastic music, albeit the music changed later in the evening and it wasn't our cup of tea (a lot of others felt the same). It was a fun evening and all enjoying themselves. The pub and garden were packed. The toilet situation was terrible the queues and the disabled toilet was out of order not good. Staff friendly one in particular, who seemed to be everywhere and doing everything was a lovely lady called Alexia I believe. Such a great person and working very hard. It was busy at the bar. We got the same round in for most of the evening so we knew the price. Our last round of the evening had one less drink in it, but the pricing was the same as the other rounds. Very strange. Not sure if a lot of the bar staff are experienced in customer service either. Lots good, but difficult to query the bill or discuss anything when it was so busy. Our second year at Summer Soulstice, we will be back next year as it's a very good event."

"The service at this restaurant was lacking, but the food was outstanding. We placed an order online for a mixed grill with house fries, a kebab with garlic sauce, and king prawns with rice. Unfortunately, the mixed grill was missing chips, the prawns didn't come with rice, and the kebab was sauce-less. When we called to address the issue, we were met with rudeness from a staff member who claimed we had ordered from the wrong menu. The manager eventually clarified the confusion caused by two different menus on Just Eat and their website, and offered a small gesture to apologize for the mistake. Despite the disappointing service, the food we did receive was exceptional. If they can improve their service and menu consistency, this restaurant has the potential to excel in terms of food quality."
