"We 3 sat outside in the lovely beer garden with our dog had drinks 3 roast beef dinners today. Firstly the garden is so peaceful tranquil an awesome spot for an early lunch. The staff here are truly magnificent, so friendly efficient. The meals were the perfect size, quality price. Really enjoyed it here, even with some ‘noise’ out the front. Thanks to the brilliant pub staff for everything. Highly recommended!!"

A small and warm village pub. Clearly popular with the locals, it very well and warmly looked after our group Christmas party, even when busy. Lovely opportunity to meet known members of the wider community as well.

Good service, good food and cheap. There are many outside seats, so you need to prepare for the cold. The amount of food is small, so it's good to be able to eat various kinds. From the narrow road next to the hotel, go through the side of the immigration detention center. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The Five Bells is a local pub, in a nice village. Serves food and has two bats, one dog friendly, outside eating areas and beer garden, pool table and an upstairs. Food was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful, felt welcomed. Sunday roast dinners and specials, plus good range on main menu. Good range of desserts and starters, beers on tap and by the bottle. Good place for a drink or meal, lovely location.

"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."
