the food lasted long, in fairness it was Sunday and the place was quite full. 1 article never made it on the table and a lot of elements of the frying where a bit cold when we got them.

Food was incredible, great atmosphere and decor inside. Staff in the dining area only really came over when we asked them, and had to be prompted over lots of things. Quite honestly would have been quicker and easier to order at the bar. Otherwise a great afternoon

We had a 6.30pm booking for a Sunday roast. After spending considerable time flagging down a waiter to get a menu, and then to order, we were told they only had the vegan roast left. Our table was by an open door and so it was cold, and very noisy. If you want a roast, be sure to book lunchtime instead! View menu

On Sunday the place was really busy. We waited almost an hour for our meal to arrive, why not 5 stars. The food was lovely and the staff very friendly. We were offered a free dessert because of the wait which we declined, but it was a lovely gesture. We will be returning, hopefully not as busy next time.

I went to the Florence for dinner with a friend on a Friday evening. The garden door was constantly being opened by other diners and left open so it was really cold inside, I kept my coat on in the end. Another negative was that whilst I was chatting to my friend one of the waiters continuously dropped biscuits on the floor for my puppy without checking if I was okay with it- I think she ate about 7 big biscuits in the end, which made for anxious evening hoping she wouldn’t have an accident! Food was okay but not remarkable.

Disappointing experience. Arrived 1:15 for 1:30 online reservation, shared booking confirmation at front desk only for staff to faff for 10mins searching for wifi connection seating walk ins arriving after us. Unable to find booking we requested a table suitable for young children to be offered a table outside. Once seated, we were left ages waiting to place food order to later find out there was no table service outside. After placing order at bar taking drinks ourselves, we noticed a 12.5% service charge for what? No mention of this at time of payment just asked to bluntly ‘tap your card’.
