"While searching for a restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options, we came across Courtyard and were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of vegan choices available at no extra cost. The café offers a variety of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates with marshmallows and cream. Although we didn't have space for dessert, the cakes looked delicious. The staff is friendly, the café is nicely decorated, and there are also games available for children. We will definitely be returning to Courtyard whenever we visit Looe."

Definitely worth a visit, if only to get away from the crowds. Vegan options clearly marked on the menu and good size portions.

Tucked away on the main shopping street a little oasis of calm. Most of the menu is vegan we had soup and wild mushrooms with focaccia. Both very tasty. Definitely recommend this cafe

The coffee is great, the breakfast and lunch options are pleasing. All of the cakes are vegan. The restaurant is dog-friendly with a pleasant staff. It's a nice place to stop by in Looe. View menu

Quiet little haven tucked off Fire Street- easy to miss so look out for the sign and open gate. Now completely vegan and vegetarian- great choice of homemade cakes, lunch options etc. Light and airy decor and lovely outdoor seating area in the courtyard of its name.

Nestled away from the busy high street, yet only a couple hundred meters from the beach, this lovely restaurant serves amazing food for everyone, including several delicious vegan options, the beetroot falafel wrap with sweet potato fries being my favourite. Coffee and wine is top notch too. Local/vegan wine and oat milk!! View menu

We were thrilled to discover this café on the final day of our trip around Cornwall. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful - we loved the soul bowl and dahl, and topped it off with some cream teas because, well, we're in Cornwall! The staff was very friendly, and the venue itself was beautiful. Keep up the fantastic work, ladies!

Located off the main thorough-fare so this peaceful courtyard is just a step away from the pasty-munching crowds. No disrespect to the trad pasty but this venue does offer much healthier vegan options. Staff were super friendly and up beat. The soul bowl I ordered was the best lunchtime meal I had in my 4 day stay in Looe. Choice of outdoor or indoor seating. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-18

"So let us share our experience, We went in tonight as a family after seeing that it home made food on the drive to sennen and looked online and had a good look at the food available on the menu also looking to see if it was dog friendly and it ticked all the boxes, Upon arrival me and my wife went in 1st to ask if we could have a table for food and if dogs can go inside and staff were a little unsure but they confirmed we could upon asking for a table for 7 but one in a pram he said we don’t have the availability to cater I was looking at a table big enough and eventually said that this table was available whilst being seated we had 2 table one clean and the 2nd just been finished with so needed a clean but he came and cleaned both tables and he squirted the cleaner on a clean table and the over spray bounced off the table and went over our selfs then we were handed a menu freshly printed A4 paper thrown on the table (WET TABLE) so they stuck to the table upon agreeing what we wanted we went to the bar within 2-3 mins of being seated we knew what we wanted and when we asked for the meal it was OUT OF STOCK (Sunday lunch) ok fair so as I was with a family member at the bar I quickly rushed back to the table to ask my daughter of an alternative she wasn’t happy, So I made a meal up of all the extras on the menu so I went back to the bar to find my family member ordered 2 fish and chips then I realised my wife also wanted Sunday lunch so I quickly rushed back to ask her what she wanted and went back to the bar just as my family member left and asked for fish and chips was also sold out also! 99% of the menu was SOLD OUT this should of been discussed upon arrival not as we were ordering I run and operate my own business and this isn’t how I would treat my customers this isn’t how an establishment should be ran! Even when I was standing trying to order a member of staff was standing there arm against the wall doing nothing while customers are standing waiting to be served! So we decided not to eat and my family member went back to the bar to ask for a refund as we couldn’t eat as a family and the staff were iffy about offering a refund but 10 minutes later they did refund my family member as it became a scene for other people as they could see what had happened! This establishment should be call the 1st and late time you come here! We ended up walking to the chip shop down the road for food we are very disappointed in this company and establishment! For anyone who wants to eat please make sure they HAVE STOCK how can this establishment run without stock? Never again tonight they lost over £200 revenue due to this situation!"
