Absolutely lovely fish and chips. Service was good too and ambience ok (very few diners). Restaurant was freezing though

we had a set menu for a birthday party of 15 people. each dish each of the 3 courses was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderfully. will come back in any case!

Words fail me. Burnt food sent back which took an age to be replaced, overpriced mediocre wine. But, most of all, the service was too busy to care. Has London dining lost touch with customer service? We won’t be back. View menu

This has become our weekly Sunday roast night restaurant!! We also love their burgers and tonight I tried their new gnocchi pasta and it was amazing!! Best gnocchi I highly recommend. It’s got such a nice cosy feeling to the restaurant and the people there...are fantastic! Thank you so much for another fabulous Sunday dinner!

Dined with a group of colleagues so banquet/family style and trialing a new menu too! All in all it was excellent. Food delicious and under the watchful eye of a very attentive waiter and a highly engaged General Manager! Highly recommended. I knew this...pub in its previous guise as The Bricklayers there is no comparison! Outstanding!

I recommend this pub restaurant for breakfast. I was in hotel hyatt churchill and this restaurant is on the back of the hotel, 3 minutes to foot. the flat white coffee was a strong shot coffee with excellent foam milk. I guess. 10/10. I ordered the touch with very delicious mushrooms on sourdough bread. the place is a good end in quality. much more a restaurant than a pub. View menu

A friend and I ate here last Monday evening. Firstly the wrong menu card was offered it was the Sunday lunch menu which looked good. The evening menu was less appetising : two fish dishes and a steak and ale pie and two vegetarian...dishes, I chose the pie but found the pastry rather tough although the contents were fast and there was plenty of meat. My soup was served slightly hotter than lukewarm, my friends parfait was light and tasty. Vegetables were extra. My friend who eats out a lot in London told two chaps outside who had been drinking in the pub section asked her opinion and she said it was overpriced for what it was. The service was very slow. I shall not eat here again!

beautiful “Gastro-Pub” which is part of a small chain is located in a very pleasant part of marylebone. the personal is very good and the menu is interesting. So why only two pips? I think it's ridiculously overpriced for somewhere that's okay, but not especially memorable. eating is ok, I had a bowl pasta, the minuscule and cost £22.00 (even). it was oversalted and the pasta was slightly underboiled. popped in for a beautiful pint looking for local pubs on google. at the moment I went into me, two workers were persecuted separately and asked if I were in order, as I almost made myself up in cash. What are you doing just to foot in I had to tell them both that I wanted to get one pint. I wanted to be persecuted, but I got it off. I ordered my pint (which by the way did not pour the girl properly) and paid and said that the cashier I can sit everywhere and he said yes how there were many places to sit.
