I couldnt find fault with this pub. The food was reasonably priced and very good, the staff friendly and very attentive the place was spotless.

1st festive lunch today with the family 3 courses amazing value easy booking system and pre ordering food was excellent portions were great service was good overall highly recommend

6.30pm. We enjoyed a cheap 2 for 1 meal which cost just over £11.00 for the both of us. Food tasted good, no frills, but what do you expect, its a pub, all swilled down with a good pint of Stella, total cost fifteen quid, a bargain. Service was quick, staff cheerful. Very enjoyable. Thankyou.

We popped in for lunch after shopping, it was rather busy but we found an empty table. When we ordered we was made aware that there was a wait. When the food arrived we was pleased with our choices. Very good value, hot and tasty and a wide variety to choose from. I am new to the area and will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal here on Sunday evening. The food was excellent , cooked perfectly and such good value for money. The staff were really friendly , polite and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Will 100% return again if in the area and would thoroughly recommend to anyone . I've upgraded my review. Originally put which wasn't fair. We had the hunters chicken dish was good, it wasn't their fault we don't like stringy bacon, I didn't think to ask to have the bacon crispy so apologies. The staff as always were very friendly and attentive. We've been before and had lovely meals and will go again.

Today eight of us enjoyed Christmas lunch at the Harvey. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, with crackers, Christmas napkins and ornamental snowmen. As I am not a lover of a roast dinner, I opted for the sirloin steak, which was delicious, but friends who had the Christmas Turkey and all the trimmings had generous plates of food, and all said they enjoyed it. We weren’t rushed at all, and staff were cheerful and helpful. Honestly, I have not one complaint about today’s celebrations, and a big thank you to all concerned in catering for us today.

We had a dinner just recently I had scampi garlic bread and mushi pees and she had southernfried chicken burger with bacon chips and onion rings was very valued for money and yet very delicious excellent service from all staff even though they were very busy waiting less then 10 minutes food served piping hot cooked to perfection as always when visited decent land lord Dennis who runs a respective business who employed excellent staff snd knowledge and they will always go above and beyond in there job to give great customer service satisfaction keep up the awesome work guys View menu
