We took a chance and made a reservation a week in advance since we were on holiday, and it certainly paid off. The food was incredible; the portions were generous, and everything was fresh. The cuisine is truly outstanding. Our meal for four, including three desserts and drinks, cost about £70, which I believe is a great value given the quality of the service and the delicious food. Came here for a Sunday roast, food was ok but to me it was an average Sunday dinner that you would get at any chain pub. Unfortunately desert was worse.. I ordered a chocolate orange melt that they must have frozen as although it was warm on the outside of the cake it was still frozen in the centre.
