"We were pleasantly surprised at discovering the place was dog friendly! The evening was a bit of a combo of hits and misses. The mussels were incredibly good and very reasonably priced. The chicken on the other hand was 15£ for a thigh and a couple of sliced undercooked veggies... but the sauce was fantastic. The waitresses were so friendly and adorable with the dog but we got served soup with no spoon, and had to request bread. A bit strange but it didn't ruin our evening and all in all it was a very nice meal. The ambiance is really nice and it's a lovely dog friendly alternative in the area!"

I'd give more stars if I could! Not only was our breakfast absolutely delicious, but the lovely French waitress was, well, lovely. There was a party of very, very loud Americans in this very small restaurant, and my friend and I couldn't hear our own conversation. The waitress very tactfully spoke with them, and it was instantly quieter.

Fab chicken burgers. Been twice now. First time I came alone and though it was 'just ' a burger....best I 've eaten in long time. Brought my boyfriend here after a hectic day of house moving....he was also impressed. Just little things you notice too, the staff, seem really nice and very professional. Great value, gets top Mark 's from me for non fancy food in stockbridge. And I live(d) here. View menu

This restaurant deserves more than a 5-star rating. My parents and I were looking for a place to take a break on our way to the Edinburgh garden, and we stumbled upon this charming little restaurant. The waitress who greeted us was friendly and seated us promptly. Despite a minor delay in our payment, we enjoyed our time here. We ordered iced coffee, chai latte, and Victorian sponge cake, all of which were delicious and left us feeling satisfied. I hope this restaurant continues to thrive and grow!

this place deserves more than prizes. I and my parents needed somewhere a small break on the way to get the edinburgh garden, and we found this small and beautiful restaurant. a waitress who welcomed us was kindly asked to sit and friendly served our table. there was a small delay for the payment, but we enjoyed the time here happy. we ordered an egg, chai latte and Victorian sponge cake. the cake and the drinks were good enough to make us even more satisfied I wish that the restaurant flourishes more and more!
