"The customer service was awful, we sat in the totally empty garden on a sunny Saturday (pub also relatively empty) waiting nearly an hour for very basic pub food that had mostly been microwaved and the waitress wouldn’t bring the food to the table we...had to collect it from her half way across the garden..... very strange, if this is policy would have been nice to have been explained. We weren’t told when we ordered food to collect own sauces/cutlery/ napkins and waitress bought none. Waitress bought half our food (half way across the garden) then cleared a few empty tables before bringing the rest Such a shame as pub has so much potential ."

A casual pub restaurant great for Sunday roast choices. A little chaotic at times but food compensates for that.

The Kings Head is a fabulous old fashioned pub with great and plentiful food served by friendly staff. It used to be a drop off point for the horse drawn coaches in days of yore. It has a tremendous amount of atmosphere and we really...enjoyed our lunch.

This pub is fabulous. It offers a great lunch menu and great beer. It is nestled in the hilly tops of llandudno right by the Great Orme tram station. The sun was out for the two days we stayed and we sat outside in the...beer garden. Staff are very friendly and polite. Food very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the Kings Head.

we have booked for Sunday dinner with an extended family. we all had that roasted. it was completely in order, but nothing extraordinary. I had the lamb and it was nice. my man says his truthahn felt like industrial meat, and he didn't cost it that...maybe safe, the price was very reasonable and included dessert. the pub is beautiful, the staff was very friendly. we had a good time overall.

we visited yesterday as the last minute place to get food as the hotel is not great. so glad we had the food was great! the pub itself is comfortable, cozy and has a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. the staff was very friendly. some of the natives we had the opportunity to chat were brilliant! we loved to be so much in a real pub that we were looking for on zoopla! haha. honestly, even if they only drive on this place, they are immersed! they will not regret it. many thanks that we feel so welcome, hopefully we will all get them back a day x

A nice proper traditional local village pub! We stayed close to hear overnight before heading to the Harry Potter tour and wanted some where for a bite to eat. This traditional pub is supremely characteristic inside with an amazing inside balcony floor and wood beams...everywhere. The bar man remembered our drinks after just one drink, a rare pleasure in the UK these days! The food was all home cooked and fresh, not a single item was a pre-made/microwave job! And all at an extremely reasonable price. We had 2 starters and 2 mains for a total of £32.

Just back from a great afternoon at the Kings Head. Social distancing has been taken into account and the garden is set up with booth type areas with plenty of seating and an Undercover area for all weathers. Food and drink is brought to the...table promptly and we all ate. Food was amazing, I had scampi. Dogs are welcomed and given bowls of water. The garden is huge, plenty big enough to have a quick game of fetch with the dogs. Everything was spotless in the toilets and staff make sure there is a queuing system. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back soon.
