Great food and a nice pint. Great selection of drinks available. I will definitely come again for a tea time pint on my way home

Went here after seeing reviews on TripAdvisor. Great food, drinks. Cute toy box for kids to play outside and goalposts. Would definitely visit often if we lived closer!

Just walked in for a meal and dogs in one came and sat at my feet! Sorry dogs and food do not mix! Make a separate seating area by all means, but not everybody loves dogs. If we had not have waited 10mins to be served with a drink would have walked out however will not be eating. View menu

This was a return visit for lunch after a lovely visit for drinks earlier in the month. We had jacket potatoes with chilli and a jacket with beans and cheese, the addition of a side salad and coleslaw just made it even better! Thanks to the great service and comfy surroundings it's a good place for an afternoon with friends!

Always excellent and friendly service. Usually go on a weekend for a drink and a game of pool and so my son can have a Sunday dinner. Never had a bad meal here always very nice food and delicious desserts. When there a fun day or event on aswell the pub and staff really excel and have had some of the best bank Holidays here!

Went Sunday 3rd of December for a family meal, 13 adults 3 children, great price for fantastic food, everyone enjoyed their meals, staff were so friendly and polite, place very clean, good atmosphere and will highly recommend, Sunday lunch not to be missed large was huge, thank you so much for a lovely few hours, we will be back. service was poor, booked for a big table a few days prior and didn’t mention anything about pre ordering on the phone, when we turned up they only let 5 people order at a time, therefore none of us could eat together. the pizza was raw and stuck to the plate, just an overall bad experience. should’ve stayed closed to be honest if i could give it 0 i would

Clean overall went in to order food she said a 45 min wait then 15 mins later she came and took our order I got chicken tikka masala was ok not amazing the boiled rice was cold the naan was rock hard my partner order the steak and ale pie with chips and garden peas when it came he got mushy peas pie was ok the chips were like door steps they were delicious really tasty

Mixed reviews but thought we would give it a try. Well worth trying. Very quiet when we arrived at 5 30 but its a huge pub and will take some flying. Good service, we only had a main, no room for dessert. Chicken fajitas were fab, sirloin cooked to perfection and a good size steak and Scampi both with homemade chips and a side of onion rings with the steak. If you've not been give it a try, good honest pub food. Fresh ingredients, cooked to order, what's not to like. View menu
