"We were a little late to our booking but staff were very polite took us straight to the table, we ordered drinks very quickly and Dan came back a few minutes later to take our food order. Our food was slow in arriving but as my friend I were talking we didn't notice too much. Food was excellent and my Hake dish delicious. My friend wanted to try the banana chocolate bomb for dessert and said it was fabulous. A lively long lunch, well enjoyed by us both. Thank you team Whittington."

Food was very good but could have been hotter. Service was poor. We had to get our own cutlery. No member of staff came to ask if everything was ok and our plates were not cleared away xx

Went to the Manor on Thursday for a bite to eat and a few drinks. Compliments to the bartender Ben as I had a brilliant mojito made and also amazing freshly made pizzas from the chef. Top marks

Friendly welcome. Nice table in a good atmosphere. Excellent service from Dan, very accommodating looked after us well. Food was tasty well presented. Dan recommended the crumble- great choice! Very happy with our visit. Guest suggestion- would be good to offer coffee mini dessert option on the menu.

We arrived early were greeted with a smile. Our table was ready so we were able to sit down straight away. Service was friendly efficient and our meals were lovely. Great range of drinks too. My father-in-law who was visiting from Leeds said it was one of the best meals he’s had in a restaurant for a long time.

Overly priced..food nice.. Ale fish and chips..more batter than fish which was over cooked.... Too crispy!! Notice the people at next table who had also ordered fish n chips left most of the fish... Too dry. I asked waitress to ask for my fish not to be over fried!! Came overcooked!!! Rib eye steak delicious.. Lovely ambience

We were greeted by a friendly team of staff who were attentive and welcoming. Food and drinks were excellent, as too was the service. Overall, it was a wonderful end to the Christmas break prior to returning to work and school. We will return undoubtedly. One suggestion would be to update drinks lists to include the plethora of spirits available.

The place is beautifully decorated, spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the service was quick. Unfortunately, there were no pizzas available but the other options were great; the main and dessert we had were brilliant. We had an early reservation and thought we may be asked to leave after our 2 hour slot was up, but we were not rushed and our waitress was attentive throughout. This was our first visit and we will definitely visit again.

"Been wanting to come here for a very long time after driving/walking past it, and my partner has wanted to come here since she’s moved here. Hand sanitizer upon arrival with track trace check in code. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and all very masks. The lady we had who served us throughout our time (apologise I forgot her name began with A I think), she couldn’t have been anymore helpful. With a very wide range of food, she told us everything on the menu was very nice as she has tried everything! The decor of the restaurant is what I’d expect in a typical Italian restaurant, very rustic and has a feel of being in Italy. To start I had the belly pork with Jack Daniels sauce, I’ve never tried belly pork and it was so tasty and very tender. My other half had the goats cheese in filo pastry which was also very nice. For mains, I had the Risotto con salsiccia (spicy sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato and chilli). It was so nice I’m glad it was a big portion as I wanted more! I don’t think the sausage was spicy but overall I was very impressed. Other half had a cheese chicken mushroom calzone which was also nice. We had a nice bottle of white wine which absolutely complimented the whole meal. For dessert I had sorbet and other half had a deep fried cannoli once again both really nice. Reasonable priced meal for two people, and very highly recommended. Plenty parking and we will be back soon with our family. Very authentic home cooked Italian food and Cafe Casita is way better than some of these chain restaurants!!"
