"Save your money. Order from elsewhere. Trust me! We ordered a take away from here for our anniversary meal on sunday eve. We’ve lived in Wales for 5yrs now and have never ordered an indian take away as I have yet to see a decent...consistant review from any of them. However, I had seen someone praising the food from here on facebook so we thought let’s give it a try. How sorry we were!! We were starving and looking forward to our food. When it arrived, my mrs dished it out. Straight away she said the sheesh kebabs looked anemic, they looked pale like they hadn’t been cooked long enough and been cooked a while ago and reheated. We also ordered two kormas. I’m not sure what the hell the curry was but it tasted absolutely nothing like a korma. It literally had no taste at all, nothing! How is that even possible?! It was runny like water. The pieces of chicken were small. The naan bread was stone cold, chicken tikka wings were black like burnt on the outside but pinkish in the middle and cold. The only decent thing there were the meat samosas. My mrs rung them up to complain to be told that other people had ordered kormas and they’d had no complaints. As my mrs said to him, we aren’t concerned what other people think, only concerned about the dismal ‘food’ in front of us. We weren’t asking for a refund, just a replacement. He said that’s fine, so we gave him the order again. For him to then say that’ll be £39 please madam!! He actually wanted us to pay AGAIN for a replacement. The take away we had was £40, £29 with Uber discount code. So he expected us to pay just short of £69 on take away. When asking for a manager he said there wasn’t one there so my mrs told him to ho ring one. Eventually he did. He them came back and said his manager said ok to replacement for free. If we go collect it and bring the other food back. Which we were happy to do as we had only had a mouthful of curry and a bite of the starters. This time we opted for chicken tikka massala as he said the korma would be exactly the same as we had. He said this wasn’t spicy/hot as my mrs has stomach issues. Got back home, dished up again. Soon as we laid eyes on the ‘tikka massala’ we knew it wasn’t right. It was watery and looked like no other massala we’d ever seen before. We tried it, same again. Absolutely no taste at all. Just a hell of a lot of spice/heat. It was disgusting. Chicken tikka wings, pinkish inside still. Naan looked burnt on the edges, again samosas fine. At this point we decided there was no point ringing back because he refused a refund and their food is obviously no good at all. So we binned it and my mrs had a bowl of special K and I had a pasty. That was our anniversary meal! We complained to Uber about the concerning undercooked sheesh kebab and chicken wings and weird curry and got a £19.97 refund thanfully. So we only lost £10 on the take away. After my mrs was telling the girls in work they all said oh no you didn’t order from there did you?! So obviously known for being awful. I had the stomach from hell the next day from the food I had eaten to try it. Having lived in greater manchester for many many years we have had a hell of a lot if indian take aways. We have never had a bad one until we moved here and tried the Millbanks food. For all them saying it was excellent and are going back again. I question their taste buds. Literally Icelands microwave currys are a million times better than their food and a heck of a lot cheaper. Do yourself a massive favour. Save your money and get a pizza or chinese from somewhere. You will regret ordering from here."

As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with the takeaway. The food was dry and unappetizing. Price per person: £10–20. Food rating: 2/5.

Four of us tried several dishes that may not have looked the best, but they were absolutely delicious! The prices were great, and the staff was excellent. Nothing seemed to bother them; they tailored each dish to our preferences, whether we wanted it mild, medium, or spicy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Everyone should give this amazing pub a try!

Would not bother with the The Millbank for a meal, it was terrible the lamb byriani was all sticky when it use to nice and fluffy and the sauce came separately, the chicken tikka was nothing to write about, the keema Nan w was not...good. We are glad did not order to much. I can’t believe that the people serving were walking round with coats on. It would have had no star’s but had to give it 1 to write a review.

Now, I was a little surprised at some of the reviews, as I had one with it and really enjoyed and will use defo again. I use the internet about once a year or when I need to find how I find sometimes the people are just evil. or expect a lot on review sites so always try me and I am restless with eating, but would be good again and as for price, what I can say, it is all cheap even more. macdonalds is not cheap and I am always hungry 20 minutes later, so they take my advice and try as I made it I numbered there and they said if I wanted something else I wanted to ask directly and

I just thought I'd write a review about my experience. first, the building is spacious with many seating, whether it eats inside or outside. the areas were all clean and the bags were gleaming. we ate inside and got a place close to the...window the portions on the eating were excellent, and the presentation was fab. we had chicken masala and was by far the best I ever tried. they also had an English menu that was for the little greta. who had chicken bugs, chips and sausages and chips. there was more than enough and had clean teller. the drinks were excellent. the personal was very professional and cheerful. I would definitely recommend thank you again.

Visited here with the family . I thought wow , a pub , pint , footy on the tele and a curry !! A match made in heaven ! However we were deeply disappointed . We ordered 4 different curry's . They all looked the...same , tasted bland and where stodgy , my daughters tikka masala tasted and looked nothing like a tikka masala ! Dopiaza was **** , my vindaloo tasted exactly like the dopiaza and the tikka masala but with probably a tiny bit of extra chilli powder , by far the worst Indian meal I have ever eaten in any restaurant ! To be fair their rice was the best thing we ate Great place for a pint , but I would never eat here again , I cook better Indian meals myself by using Als Kitchen or Mis...
