"We had a very mixed experience here, the welcome was good and we were sat at our reserved table promptly however we were not given any menus or any offer of a drink. After collecting our drinks and menus we then ordered the meals, My smoked haddock dish was ok if a bit expensive but the burgers were awful and very overpriced, the staff were willing at times and unresponsive at other times,all in all this was a very average and expensive experience."

We have visited this delightful pub/restaurant multiple times, sometimes with our small dog, for a drink or two. This was our first time dining there and everything was perfect, from the service to the food. Highly recommend. View menu

We had a wonderful Mother's Day meal at The Ness. The food and drinks were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We sat at one of the boat tables which provided a nice intimate dining experience, perfect for family conversation during lunch. A special small gift added a nice touch to our overall experience. A big thank you to all the staff for their excellent work.

A delicious meal for Mothers Day. Fantastic service too. Tasty food and drink and all very good value for money. We sat in one of the boat tables which gave a lovely private dining feel and we were able to enjoy family conversation over lunch.
