Great Sunday roast with family to celebrate Mother's day. All staff made us feel very welcome especially Darren. We'll be going back.

Sadly this was a very poor Sunday ‘roast’. It’s really unacceptable to serve frozen ‘roast’ potatoes with almost no potato inside the weird skin. (5 pieces about 2cm square) Beef was 2 tiny thin slices. Quantity of veg was also terrible. Quite the worst I’ve had. View menu

We were disappointed with the Beef and Ale pie as it was full of gristle and gravy. My wife ordered the Chicken and Ham pie but was surprised to find beef gravy on it. It was so strange that she wouldn't have been able to guess what she was eating if she had been blindfolded.

Had been wanting to try this place for years but never got round to it. The Old Fisherman exceeded my expectations. Old school pub with beer, food and dogs. Menu was extensive, food was delicious, massive portions (good for us) friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I'm just disappointed I didn't try this place sooner! Beats all my usuals in Thame!

Iv never met more lovely people in my life, I broke down in the flood and they brought me welly’s to get out, tried calling around to get me towed out and calmed me down even tried to help me jump start my car back up, I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me when I am a stranger to them, I will be coming back in the future for more happy circumstances!
