"Love the roof terrace. Tight space but cosy. Inside is comfortable and spacious. Food is excellent. You do have to pay more for it. My friend said their burger is legendary in taste, enjoyment and price. Drinks are also on the upper scale with a well-curated selection. I had the chicken wings and for a starter dish, 7 wing segments is more than I could finish by myself. When you pay, the card machine will request for a tip but they already added the service charge anyway. So if you do give them a tip, that's on top of the service charge. A bit cheeky methinks. Anyway, the service was really good. Food came fairly quickly. The wings were really good and really spicy. My friends sausage roll was a sad small piece but he shoved it down his throat in no time because he said it was really good. I didn't even get the chance to take a photo."

A great local pub! The food is great, especially their burger, which I think is much better than the standard you're familiar with. The Sunday roast if pretty good. Vegan options are available. Especially the vegan burger The staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair. Enjoy ,

I never leave reviews but this pub is worth it! I went on a busy Friday but there was fast service and a great vibe! Staff were friendly and attentive and I couldn’t fault the food! There’s a great space on the roof terraced with cozy vibes now it’s getting a bit colder definitely recommend!

Bar staff are really nice but the food was awful! I was shocked as I was here last year and the food was good. I had a bowl of “ vegan curry” which I really should have sent back as it was basically an ‘ Uncle Ben’s ‘microwave packet of rice with some curry powder on top- appalling! My friend’s sweet potato fries were pretty rank too! Service charge was 12.5% too?? Won’t be back for more.....

I have visited several paintings to this pub, it is a little gem in kentish town not only does it a fabulous sunday roast with fresh sweet it is child and dog friendly aswell! the staff is very friendly and dedicated to fit with the service. it has a great community feeling and the locals have made us very welcome and inclusive. the jazz band was an additional bonus and very popular. I look forward to the new Brunch menu.

my own and my husband visited yesterday the pfropfon on Sunday dinner, I am a non-meat ice creamer and my man, who appears to a meat roast, which we were surprised and very grateful for the fact that the kitchen staff provided us with a huge sharer roast there and corresponded to our dietary differences. (half-west, half-height) all staff members were very friendly and could not mistake the service we received at all. it is a beautiful pub inside out and has great character! it is just a small walk from the road and very easy to find. recommended 5*

(Half veg, Half chicken) All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t fault the service we received at all. It is a beautiful pub inside out and has great character! It’s just situated a small walk from the high street and very easy to find. Highly recommended 5*

currently with their fat pfoten over the grill on the pfropfen is lucky chip. lc has slowly dominated various parts of london from bethnal green, neilt market to soho and now kentish city. they had a short magic here that served some of the best fried chickens that they have with mash that is up there with what I had in pitt cue, which I think is very high. Although I'm in the middle of marathon training, my diet, while healthier is still far from healthy' but thought a burger wouldn't do too much harm, I would be good recently. LC opening around the corner of me could be dangerous. I have heard mixed accounts from the authorities in this meat in a bun...read more

loves the roof terrace. achter place, but cozy. inside is comfortable and spacious. eating is excellent. you have to pay more for it. my friend said her burger is legendary in taste, enjoyment and price. I had the chicken wings and for a starter shell, 7 wing segments are more than I could finish myself. if they pay, the card machine will request for a tipp, but they have already added the service fee anyway. So if you give them a tipp, it's on the service fee above. a bit of cheeky methinks.
