"The Old Pier Tearoom in Lamlash is a smart cafe. The menu contains a good selection of hot and cold snacks and sandwiches and they also have very nice looking cakes. We simply had bacon and egg breakfast rolls which were tasty and generously filled, and a pot of tea, all of which hit the spot perfectly. Prices are reasonable and the service very good. It’s important to note that in addition to being a tearoom, this is also an excellent bakery and the breads and cakes on display looked superb, as was the mouthwatering aroma of the freshly baked sausage rolls. A feast for all the senses!"

This is our first time in Arran and upon arrival we dropped off in here for some brekkie. The service was nice, food great and location just lush. The sausage rolls are a must!

This cafe is right on the main strip at Lamlash, behind the RNLI. It’s been really nicely appointed inside with some seats outside too. The baking is lovely, with a nice variety. The staff are really nice and very friendly. Look forward to our next...

Beautiful and cozy wee cafe with the friendliest staff and customers. The menu is simple and delicious! The sausage rolls are the best I’ve ever tasted. They even have a vegan option I can’t wait to come back and try! Their home made cakes are sehr lecker!

5-star café with excellent homemade sweet and hearty objects and a series of filled baguettes. we had apricots and almond-fergipan carpets, beautiful and sticky with a crisp biscuit crust bakery. 2 excellent aroma latte in both decaffeinated and normal versions. can definitely recommend and we will return.

"Magic sea. we went about 6 months ago after fins had threatened for years. that was worth waiting for us to arrive a little early before they had changed the prices on the boards, that was lucky because they had the decision to offer us the meal times at the price at the arrival, result. to every way back to the foods that the woman had the scalopps and black pudding and I had the langoustines. I was a little confused by the cutlery laid in front of me, pliers and a funny fork, but it was good when I asked the waitress what I should do with it and she showed me pretty happy. the scallops were amazing and it was that really beautiful black pudding so a great start for them. what had done me well, I had never eaten longoustine before, but I had to go right in and it was a great experience and the taste was just beautiful. large mmmm in our bauch. the most important courses were turbot for me and the missus chose the sea bass. the food was beautifully presented and it was smaller that I thought it was, but I had never eaten somewhere in that posh before. Anyway, both can have beautiful vegien and we both came into them and we were not dissappointed it was perfectly cooked. the turbot was the softest spruce I've ever had and the taste was amazing. the sea bass came with I think noodles and she loved it. everything was beautiful and relaxed and none of the unem emphasized that you sometimes find when you can be a little bit on yourself in the leading restaurants, but here it was not at all. about all this was a nice place to eat, a wee bit expensive but they get great service and beautiful environment. dylan"
