"I booked an afternoon tea for four and was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff wore face coverings, allowing us to be comfortable without them. We were seated at a large table to ensure social distancing, which was appreciated. The service was prompt, and we enjoyed four different types of sandwiches, savory tarts, and sausage rolls. The selection of cakes was delightful, and we had a choice of teas or coffees. However, the scones were a disappointment; they weren't freshly baked and were on the hard side. Despite this, the staff was very friendly, the surroundings were lovely, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunny day. Overall, I would recommend this place."

Up there with the tastiest food I’ve eaten. Every dish was beautifully presented, with well thought out flavour combinations.

The food is good in terms of taste and presentation, but it's quite overpriced when compared to the excellent multi-course restaurants available in the area or in Edinburgh.

We had a wonderful evening at The Orangery, attentive friendly staff served excellent food, we will be returning very soon. The Orangery at the Old Manse with their relaxing atmosphere and excellent food is exactly what Pitlochry Blair Atholl has been crying out for. 10 out of 10.

Went there for dinner 10/08/20 food was outstanding and staff were so friendly really went the extra mile to make your dinning experience special. Highlight of the night was the fire pit after the meal and finished your drinks under the stars nice touch great way to end the holiday. View menu

I dined there on October 8, 2020, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and truly went the extra mile to make our visit special. A highlight of the evening was gathering around the fire pit after our meal, enjoying drinks under the stars. It was a lovely touch and a wonderful way to end the holiday.

this is a beautiful place to stay, feel at home. the quality of the food and drinks was very high! the only reason why this magnificent place receives only 4 out of 5 stars is the breakfast experience: a man who serves and cooks 15 people at the same time alone is a masterpiece of work for us was a catastrophe! very disappointed about the owner who saves absolutely money on the wrong place!

This is a lovely place that truly made us feel at home. The quality of the food and drinks was excellent! The only reason we are giving this beautiful spot 4 out of 5 stars is due to the breakfast experience. One person was trying to serve and cook for 15 guests all at once, which was quite a challenge and unfortunately resulted in a less than ideal experience for us. We're disappointed in the owner for cutting costs in such an important area. View menu

We had a wonderful evening at the Old Manse of Blair on 25/01/20. My wife and I made a last minute booking to blow away the January blues and we weren’t disappointed! The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring Scotland’s great outdoors and is appointed to a high standard. We value restaurants that use local produce highly and the chef did justice to the top level ingredients. The team looked after us throughout with a personal touch. Highly recommend.

The service was prompt, and we enjoyed a variety of sandwiches, hearty tarts, and sausage rolls. There was also a lovely selection of cakes to choose from, along with a good range of teas and coffees. However, the scone was a bit of a drawback; it wasn’t freshly baked and was on the harder side. Overall, the staff were very friendly, and the environment was beautiful, especially on a lovely sunny day. I would definitely recommend this place for afternoon tea!
