"Me and my friend where starving and I mean STARVING so we decided to give this Chinese a chance, firstly I walked into the shop to see the place was slightly a mess but that didn’t bother me as much as I was hungry, we got home opening our food excitingly as it smelled pleasant, I opened it to discover hell. I ordered a chicken chow main and it was like jelly, even my dog wouldn’t go near it, secondly I got s&p chicken and my mooth was on fireeeee but there was no flavour just spicy, and the chicken was rubber, the curry sauce came in a huge tub and tasted like it was store bought, the chips you only get 6, and the prawn crackers where low-key mid, I will NOT be back here again to pearl of honking now I have depression and have been prescribed anti depression and I have healthy dioreha."

Absolutely shocking service tonight, normally been so reliable. Was told by app food would be 60-80 minutes, then updated to say 85-105 mins, just phoned after 115 mins to be told food hasn’t even been made!!! Realise places can be busy on Saturday evenings but places need to be realistic about delivery times at point of order. Very, very poor service.

ordered food around 6.20pm. we waited the estimated time which was 7.20-7.40pm so asked just eat for update and was told they said sorry they're busy my food was being prepared and would be there by 8.50pm. fair enough a saturday is busy but come 8.50 still no food so I phoned and was told it had just left. our food arrived 9.15pm almost 3 hours later! absolutely shocking. asked for some money back through just eat for the inconvenience and has been refused. won't be ordering again anytime soon.
