We discovered that three of the drinks we ordered were out of stock, and the salt and pepper shakers on our table were both empty. It also appeared that other diners were receiving much larger portions than we did. Additionally, there was an error on our bill, although the manager rectified it. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but not for the right reasons."

They no longer use OpenTable, which left the waitress a bit confused. She also seemed quite embarrassed. When we sat down and my guest arrived, brunch had ended without any warning. We had already ordered drinks, which made it frustrating to find out we couldn’t have brunch. The place is beautiful, but the poor service and lack of communication will prevent us from returning for a meal or making a reservation.

They have stopped using OpenTable, which seemed to confuse the waitress right from the start. She also came across as quite awkward. By the time we were seated and my guest arrived, brunch had already ended without any prior notice. Since we had already ordered drinks, we felt somewhat pressured to switch to roasts instead. While the place itself is lovely, the service and lack of communication have led us to decide not to return for food or make another reservation.
