"I booked as a birthday treat for my husband. It was our first visit and I couldn't be more pleased. Great food, wine and service. We had a window seat which was great for us too as we love to people watch. Will be visiting again very soon. Was well worth the journey as we are not local."

eating here is really good. the service was excellent, but it was busy, which meant that we had to wait between the curses. it would be good to touch the decoration as the restaurant begins to see a bit worn on places. Overall, eating what they hear is not going to be disappointed.

The food as always was very tasty, the starters were a little on the small side as I was left wanting more, but that could just be me being greedy. My steak was perfectly cooked the way way I like it and the chips were good too. I do find that the drinks are quite expensive though.
