"What a shame. The Robin Hood pub has become the Robbing Hood! A once beautiful spot is now rapidly going down hill. I would advise people to not eat here at all cost! The food is dreadful and extremely overpriced! Parts of the garden are overgrown with a kids seesaw rotting and unsafe! It's a matter of time before a child is injured! The current owners should be ashamed with what this once beautiful pub has become! We ordered a burger and chips and what was described on the menu as prawn cocktail. Both dishes were dreadful. Food not even fit for a dog is no exaggeration. As if that wasn't bad enough we walked into the garden for our son to play and a waitress flew out the door after us demanding payment for the food which was on a tab! We were suddenly treated as if we were going to do a runner which was very bizarre and is probably an indication of many people not paying for their extremely awful food! All in all if you enjoy raw burgers and fancy remortgaging your house in order to afford a prawn cocktail with no sauce and a couple of bits of lettuce whilst putting your kids on danger with dangerous rotting hazards then this is the place for you! Oh and the beer is also stale too! Parking: Limited parking."

David and his team were very attentive throughout our meal, special mention to the chef, excellent food and plenty of it. Would thoroughly recommend, lovely cosy pub with open fire.

Super cute hidden pub off the beaten track. Lovely garden which oozes character and charm. Wish we had discovered it at the start of summer, but we will be sure to visit again soon! Inside looks small so probably would advise booking in the winter months. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A little hide away that has a lovely outside are, paved over with plenty of seating and a play area for kids. There is also a coveted outside area with 4 or 5 tables. There is a decent sized free car park. The pub itself is an old style building with low ceilings giving it a cosy feel. They offer food which is pretty standard pub fayre but what I saw come out looked good and portion sizes were good too. Outside is dog friendly which is great as the pub is situated on the North Downs Way so there are dog walkers as well as cyclists too. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
