Once again an excellent meal and service by Hilary as always… Clean welcoming and friendly…. Very reasonable prices an very good choice of food

Today we went to The spring Tide in Lowestoft and we’re served by Azra she was very lovely polite and helpful. We loved her friendly service. The food was also cooked very nice and nicely presented.

The food and ambiance at this restaurant were delightful. Claire, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was excellent. She was very accommodating, especially with my friend's disabled daughter.

Always visit here when visiting Lowestoft from Norwich, Very clean well run Restaurant, We were served by a very friendly Claire a worthy asset to the establishment, Two of us had the Hunters Chicken which were very tasty plus a Pie, Mash Peas,...which on this occasion was let down by a very skimpy portion of Peas Mash, Not the usual for this dish. My daughter, grandson, and I decided to book a table on Monday after a busy bank holiday. We frequent Jump Tide often and my grandson enjoys the outdoor play area. The staff are very patient with children and treat them with respect. They go above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant dining experience. I really enjoyed my meal from their new menu. Jump Tide is one of our favorite places to eat.

I have visited this restaurant several times for Steak Night, which offers great value. The steaks have always been cooked to perfection, the service is friendly and efficient. However, I made a mistake last time by ordering the steak pie with chips. The pie was very disappointing - it was hard baked and had very little filling. It did not contain the delicate pieces of meat as advertised on the menu. In fact, there were only a few small pieces of meat with a lot of gravy. It was a far cry from what I expected and I would have had a better meal at a gas station or Greggs. Despite this, I will definitely visit again for steak, but I will never order the pie again. Perhaps the price of £10.55...

visited 9 months ago for a family meal with 10 people and could not mistake it, great food and service. therefore the reason for the return during the holiday here at this weekend. not so good in the did disappointing, so will not hurry to return. the waitress has forgotten children...Menus despite 4 children with us. (total party of 6) when we asked if they have a children's menu, she said yes and brought back 1. they had to ask for more. I ordered the hunter chicken, which is described as debrised in BBQ sauce. a huge exaggeration. that was dry, hardly any sauce chips were cold. 2 children had burger, 1 had a total of 9 chips on their teller. the service was better than eating that was dec...
