Glad we chose here to eat ,good staff and a lovely steak each . Cooked just how we like them with fantastic chips and cherry tomatoes battered onion rings and a very tasty mushroom .

Another lovely Sunday Lunch cannot fault this place. Great valve for money, lovely tasty, nice atmosphere the best cauliflower cheese I have ever had. Definitely not another place locally that does a Sunday Lunch that can beat this one. View menu

Great Sunday lunch with friends. Delicious food and really attentive service from extremely friendly, welcoming staff, particularly one young man who served us with most of our meal. He went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our lunch. Will be back again. Thank you

Booked at short notice on Friday Night for my Wife, Mum and Myself. Manager greeted us on arrival, waiter showed us to our seats, was very attentive, polite and friendly. Food delicious (personally recommend the steak and ale pie). Beer and wine selection great. Thank you for a pleasurable Evening.

Called and booked table at very short notice whilst visiting our granddaughter. Had the Sunday lunch and could not fault it. Well presented and really enjoyable meals…. the biggest Yorkshire pudding!! Prices were also quite reasonable and staff attentive and friendly.Good selection of cask ales. We organized a meal for our team building event at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, meeting all of our needs. Despite having a large group, they were able to provide excellent service and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, as well as its spotless facilities.

This was our first visit to this restaurant in a while, and we decided to book for a teatime Sunday lunch. Our waiter, Corey, was friendly and talkative, and he provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food was delicious, especially the cauliflower cheese, which was the best I've ever had at a restaurant (aside from my mom's homemade version). The Yorkshire puddings were also huge and tasty. We will definitely return to dine here again, as the atmosphere is cozy, warm, and welcoming. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

We had a lovely Christmas lunch, but we were disappointed with the selection of vegetables we received. There were no sprouts, even though we saw that the table across from us had them. When we asked for some, we were told they had run out. It was unforgivable not to have sprouts on Christmas Day. We also requested more mashed potatoes, but they had run out of that as well. The meal was delicious, but they clearly underestimated the amount of vegetables they would need, which took away from what could have been a perfect Christmas lunch. When you pay £70 per head, you expect perfection. Despite the bonus of not having to shop, prep, cook, and wash up, we were all a little disappointed. View menu
