"Awful service, waited as per sign girl grunted at door to find any seat and order at the bar. Which is always fun. So asked about cocktails which are advertised all over there facebook to entice however not available on a Monday as per manager who was within my ear shot when declined although no issue at bar to make anything. Apparently they don't serve cocktails unless the train is running. So I am a tourist on holiday but not the right kind of tourist. Appalling. Staff seemed very put out by customers as quoting one staff member there always moaning the place was basically empty."

I don't know much about gluten, but they offer gluten-free bread at this restaurant.

Great wee cafe, stopped in after the Joacobite train for a quick lunch. Try the Cullen Skink, was brilliant. Quick service and happy staff

Great cappuccinos with the option for oat milk for those with dairy intolerance, along with delicious cakes! The service is friendly and they are dog-friendly as well.

Cake and coffee! Pleasant cafe can’t go wrong with cake and coffee although hubby not overly impressive with coffee and walnut. Nice place to sit and chill. Passing through . View menu

I stopped here for lunch while on a Jacobite train trip to Mallaig. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. The club sandwich was the best I've had in a while. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

Poor customer service with staff who are clearly tired of tourists. Just a genuinely dreadful atmosphere inside. Food and drink is overpriced and tasteless. Bland hot chocolate, even blander chips. Thankfully I didn’t spend anymore than this. Save your money, go to a local cafe/restaurant that actually cares. View menu

This restaurant is terrible. They only serve low-quality food and it appears that their cooking skills are lacking. The dishes they serve are all poorly prepared. I ordered a Cheese Sandwich and it was awful. The service is also subpar, as customers are required to go to the bar to place and pay for their orders immediately. Overall, I rate the food 1 out of 10 and the service 0 out of 10. My experience at this restaurant was the worst I have ever had.

My mother and I had a bite to eat here. Both opted for the Cullen Skink soup and then shared a carrot cake. The items we had were lovely, soup was nice and hot, carrot cake moist. We saw other items being delivered to tables and they looked good too. The food is in my opinion quite expensive here but there was no where else open to compare to. Like most tourist spots the venue simply has a captive audience. I’ve seen some of the feedback on this forum but have to say our experience was fine. Friendly staff and what we ate, although a tad pricey, was nice.
