"We recently had a private family party in the cafe, with 20+ adults and 10 children. They opened the cafe especially for us after normal closing time on a Sunday. The staff were lovely, we didn't notice them in our party but they were on hand for anything we needed, and they were very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was delicious, lots of fresh cream cakes! They had also made alternative gluten free choices for us which we had requested. We will definitely be returning for our next family get together, which will probably be in the summer, when they said we can also use the outside space which will be great. Would definitely recommend, and I will also be returning to visit the cafe within normal opening hours."

Lovely place to visit.... wide range of plants and a beautifully laid out garden, with friendly knowledgeable staff. The Tea room is second to none for choice and value, and if you can leave without eating a custard slice you are a better man than me

The service is first class. Including finding out someone was lactose intolerant and an offer of pudding with cream was pointed out. The pudding was superb. The food is 6star. The cost is good. This is in the best garden centre restaurant we have visited. Nothing was too much trouble. Obviously fresh local ingredients.

The Fairview Gardener is a gem a fab garden centre and wonderful tea room/cafe with great views to the Cotswold Hills, just off the A40. Luke and his mum Claire have created a lovely environment in the cafe (and outside with a pretty courtyard garden with the open views to the Hills), with excellent service and delicious mainly locally sourced food and drink (Claire's quiche is yummy). Highly recommend....and the garden centre has a very good range of plants, pots and gifts

Rocking garden centre that is as far as you can get from the boring corporate chains. Looks like this place has been a nursery for many years and they are gradually bringing it up to date in a very tasteful way. Expect to see unusual and delightful gifts in the shop area including stuff that would normally grace the shelves of Selfridges at much higher prices. Plus the plant offering is wide ranging and full of interesting curiosities. Topped off with a fabulous cafe created from recycled materials that sports a log burner and hot chocolate to die for. Its gonna look amazing in the build up to Christmas. Classy!
