"Went for carvery with family. Had to ask for fresh meat as what was out was bone dry from being sat under lights too long. Server not happy at my request and said I suppose I can . Veg was hard, instant mash and toasties like boulders. Staff couldn 't have cared less when I complained and gave them my full plate of hardly touched food. DIABOLICAL FOOD AND SERVICE."

Travelled 60 miles because we enjoyed it last time we came ordered beef and got three little pieces size of a fifty pence piece don't know how they go on with small carvery definitely not value for money

Good cooked food, carvery was good, pickled cabbage was lovely and the roast potatoes . Only thing I would say is maybe more of a greeting by the restaurant staff upon arriving and leaving. Would go again however.

Fab little find while staying at Haven Ordered 2 adult carvery's, 1 child carvery and chicken burger. Food was delicious and well stocked. staff were very friendly. had a massive slice of cake which was very dry, but with cream my son ate it. would visit again.

Went today, family of 3. We all commented on the poor quality of the food. The meat (beef gammon) whilst tasty was cut very thin. The rest, very disappointing. Cauliflower cheese had very little cheese and was watery. The roast potatoes were like rocks. Overall we were all disappointed with the meal.

Wish I had not chosen the carvery. Very little meat and dried up veg. Other non carvery meals coming out looked better . Outside looked very dark and not inviting, had I not booked I would have gone somewhere else. Drinks very expensive. Once we had eaten some of our carvery we could not wait to get out of the place.
