"I did not stay in the Hotel over night guest told me that they had beautiful room and a fine breakfast! I stayed on the Norfolk Broards on the boat but ate and drank 4 nights in a row on the River side ! Main reason for Keep going back was because I was waited and attended to with lots of laughs from ENRIC if your lucky enough to have the guy wait on you then you guaranteed a warm welcome and excellent service ! Thavkyou ! Really makes a change to have fun staff he’s a credit to the Wroxham hotel ! X."

Have been coming here for a few years and it just keeps getting better. The decor has been vastly improved and has really improved the place. The food is excellent and the staff are always helpful. The views over the river and Wroxham Bridge are excellent.

Popped into the restaurant for dinner. Shame it was so dark outside as lovely setting looking out over the water.Decent food for a good price. Nicely prepared. Duck was lovely and my wife had the new chicken dish which she enjoyed.Would visit again if in the area

Went there for Lunch and ordered sandwiches, Crab on Granary and Sausage on white. To my disappointment my Husbands looked amazing but mine came out on TOASTED bloomer, didn't want a TOASTED sandwich, menu never stated this and was confusing for this to happen. Dessert...

Until a few years ago, we were regular diners here. The hotel then had a downturn, and we gave up.Wow, what a difference! A friendly greeting at the door followed by high quality professional service. The fish finger sandwich is a delight with three pieces of lightly battered fish, hand cut toasted bread and chips. Great. The moules my son had were generous and beautifully cooked. His fondant dessert was great.Nice to see an “old Friend” back to its best.

This is our second time here and we were attracted in because we moored up outside and were offered £10 off our mooring fees if we ate there. So, we did and loved every minute of it.I can't praise them enough; the service was great and the food delightful. We had the seafood Linguini; the pasta was cooked to perfection and the flavours complimented each other beautifully. The setting is waterside with large windows to see over the boats and broads. Lovely setting. Thoroughly recommended.

"I decided to surprise my daughter and take her for a deluxe spa break . We couldn’t fault the afternoon tea and massages at the spa these were brilliant . We were very excited about our evening meal but left feeling very deflated . On arrival no staff told us what we could have with our package, we received the wrong drinks menu. After around 20 minutes someone finally came over and asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered and asked for tap water too . One of the drinks arrived but the water and other one never did so we had to find a young bar man who was rushing about and ask him . He was lovely and went and got them for us . After a long time of waiting bread and something in a little pot was plonked on our table , no explanation what it was , we thought we had got someone else’s starter . Finally we ordered our starters it was lovely but no spoon for my daughters soup so again we had to search for staff , plates took absolutely ages to be collected, mains came finally after 1.5 hours. It was lovely but the atmosphere was bad as other customers were getting fed up of waiting too. Finally got dessert and after we finished we sat patiently waiting for our plates to be taken and bill given ,as a lot on the menu which we liked you had to pay extra for .I thought this was ridiculous thinking back how much this break had cost me . After staff walking past us and ignoring us and the empty plates I had had enough and went to find someone to put it on our room bill . This experience was not the lovely bday treat I had expected for my daughters 21st disappointing is an understatement!!!"
