This is the best place I have ever been, it feels like my second home. I love the staff and the owners Zak and Cath, they are so warm and kind. The food is amazing and the venue is breathtaking. I give them 11 out of 10 every time.

Wanted to try this restaurant after reading all the good reviews so decided to book it for the bank holiday Monday although not usually open on a Monday but being a bank holiday they were opening at 4.00pm. Beautiful setting, excellent service, good food, highly recommend p.

What a beautiful setting and restaurant. We took my dad to celebrate his birthday and had an amazing evening. I'd definitely tell all our friends about Wellsprings if they haven't already tried it before it's a must. Can't wait to come back and try more delicious dishes and fab wine.

Birthday celebrations for 5! Wellsprings is a great place for an evening dine-out with friends. Greeted with a smile from the owner and shown to our table. The restaurant was busy however this did not affect the great service we were given throughout the evening. The food is great as always and the views are amazing. Can't wait for a return visit.

Arrived at the restaurant and it was very cold and hardly any other guests there so a terrible atmosphere. Waitress was very friendly but the food was awful. The Nachos' that came were dire and piled with iceberg lettuce on top and hardly any food underneath- cost cutting at its worst. This is not authentic Mexican food by any stretch of the imagination. Don't say I didn't warn you.

The food and service at this restaurant are always fantastic. Our family adores it! We started with nachos, calamari, and garlic bread, and enjoyed chicken skewers, paella, fajitas, and chicken enchiladas for our main courses. There is a wide selection of drinks and delicious desserts to choose from. The children's meal comes with an apple juice, and they especially love the brownie. The staff are all fantastic. This is definitely the top choice in the area for a family meal.

We were blessed with the weather and sat in an airy room ideal for the seven of us. It was a birthday lunch. I had a vegetable soup which was piping hot exactly as ordered. It was smooth and delicious. My main was a filet steak. Unlike the others who had ordered steak, I asked for mine to be medium rare. It came somewhat well done. The steak was superb quality and everyone else enjoyed theirs, including two who had salmon. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I had a crème brûlée which was fine and three others had puddings which they enjoyed. I would not hesitate to return and if the steak is medium rare next time it will be a five star rating from me.

I must say, Wellsprings is absolutely fantastic. My husband surprised me with a visit for my birthday and we were completely blown away. The lodges are amazing, with incredible views and modern, beautiful decor. They are well appointed and equipped with large windows and doors that offer breathtaking views of the countryside. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with a table, chairs, and a comfy sofa. The bed was cozy and the freestanding bath in the bedroom was a luxurious touch. The little extras, like chocolates, biscuits, and tea/coffee provided upon arrival, made our stay even more special. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect, even surprising me...
