"We will be back!. We visited the brown cow on a sunday tea time and was pleasantly suprised. the pub was busy and full of friendly locals including children. We had booked a table and i dont think we would have been served if we hadnt! we opted for the garlic mushrooms to start and will be going back for more of these : i had the trio of sausages and the other half had steak and stilton sauce. All were cooked to perfection and thoruoghly enjoyed. They even made a childs sized fresh fish pie for my little one. We were too full for pudding maybe next time. Staff were all friendly too"

I had a cheesecake that was absolutely incredible—one of the best I've ever tasted! We went with a group of seven on Easter Sunday, and despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service was efficient. Everything we ordered was delicious! View menu

Four of us traveled 34 miles to have lunch at the Brown Cow, and it was our first visit. We felt it was definitely worth the trip! The menu offered a wide variety of food, and the quality was outstanding. The staff were exceptional, particularly the woman who recommended the Cheese Onion Pie, saying it was her favorite. She was spot on—it was fantastic! We all agreed it was great value, and we’ll be returning soon. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces available. Price per person: £20–30.

A beautiful pub with lively friendly staff (one was singing a little to some songs playing lol). The food was top notch. My stepdaughter and I had goats cheese lollipops with beetroot to start and beef brisket with onion gravy baguette and a side salad for our lunch. There were a few guest ales on tap too. I have to reiterate the staff were fabulous. The food, even for a lunch was exceptional, soft beef, gorgeous gravy with plenty of onions. The toilets were spotless, with plenty of tables and 3 seating areas. Well worth a visit.

"I wasn't at blueberries with my friends since before covid so it was great to kick through the door and see how busy it is, fortunately I had a table for lunch. there is nothing special vegan on the menu, but they try to place their very hardest, in contrast to some places. I love a jacket kartoffel and choose her beats with various items from the menu, so ordered frying and avocado. katherine, one of the owners and cook came on our table and said she could suggest some other dishes and also vegan cheese if I did not the jacket kartoffel, but if I still did how about the topping of sonbs. what a nice geste and I will visit her on her offer of other options at the next. I noticed that they were able to offer vegan options for their Christmas card and also had two vegan, frozen meals to take away, moussaka and chili. my friends ordered a chicken and specksalat and a fish and chips and both said that eating was delicious with a mention that the chips were the best. my kartoffel was huge, with a lot of topping, served with beautiful salat and quickly grinded. the food is made fresh to order and blueberries is very popular as full it was on a cold Wednesday afternoon. there is also a small marquee on the side of the blueberries, which for those who are brave and sitting the weather and of course adds extra space. I really can't knock blueberries, they may not have vegan options (although a cake would be nice and I need to ask if they have plant milk as I always have my own. but they will always try to eat rusty something satisfying and with announcing can something like a vegan hotpot that I had before, what was brilliant."
