The food at this restaurant is excellent. The service is great, and we always receive a visit from the chef to ensure we are enjoying our meal. The Sunday roast is especially fantastic.

Good local pub, we didn't eat but the pub is clean with a good selection of ales, dog friendly (outside) and good service. There are plenty of seats in the outdoor beer garden which is lovely in good weather.

Myself and family met up here yesterday after reading a few reviews it sounded ok. I can now qualify as great Sunday lunches. Between us we had turkey and beef meals. The meat was succulent and melt in your mouth. The whole dinner from all 6 of us thought is was very good. The staff were very friendly helpful and smiling. Made a lovely time for us. We will be meeting here again. Thank you.

I recently went to this restaurant for a gathering with friends (about 15 of us). Everyone had a good time and the food was enjoyable until I found a large, sharp bone in my partner's turkey dish. Unfortunately, this bone broke one of my back teeth as I was eating it. I was disappointed when I told the waitress and received no response. I then spoke to the manager after our meal, who mentioned that the bone must have broken off when the turkey crowns were being sliced. He offered little apology or solution, just shrugging his shoulders. Later, he passed by me at the bar and told the bartender to give me a free drink.
