"Thank you for your apology i guess you can have bad days to. Never had a problem with you service before that why i gave a 5 star rating before have normaly always had good food and service but rated 3 this time because you apologize and yes maybe in the future this rating can work it's way back up to 5 star as your pricing for food is very good to. Once again thank you for your apology will hopefully pop in again with my partner and have a better experience next time."

Friendly staff, served very quickly. About 8 different TVs around so plenty of choice of where to sit and watch the Championship Football. Nice food for a good price. Had a lovely chicken tikka masala with rice and Nan bread for about £7. Will be coming back. View menu

When you're in a new city alone, dining out can often feel a bit uncomfortable. However, during my recent visit to Yates, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who took a moment to chat with me. My order arrived promptly, and the food was delicious. Once I finished my meal, I decided to linger for a few more drinks, and the bar staff were incredibly attentive. If I find myself in Swindon again, Yates will definitely be at the top of my list for places to eat.
