Although I'm not a vegetarian, I enjoyed the options at Tibits. It has a nice mood, the food was delicious and prices quite reasonable.

We stopped here for a quick bite after arriving in Lucerne. Didn't realize how many vegan options they offered. All the dishes have English translations and ingredients labeled. It was a great lunch.

Das tibits ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat auch ein modernes System, bei dem man ein Buffet hat. Nicht für jedermann etwas, aber ich mag das. Es gibts immer wieder andere Menüs und Beilagen und für das, dass man das Wasser gratis bekommt, ist der Preis gerechtfertigt. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre!

Think they were really busy with the amount- took a while to get someone attention to explain to me how it worked. But once the staff was friendly. You take a plate/seal bowl and choose your choice of dishes around the middle table. Pay by weight at the counter. Wide range of vegetarian food! There are both cold and warm dishes. We had a very unpleasant experience at tibits in Luzern. The staff at the counters is extremely unwelcoming and rude. Especially the greenish dreadlock haired girl had very bad manners and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. The manager, a young lady, did not even excuse herself even though she assisted the scene. Fortunately the staff behind in the kitchen was very very friendly and and we decided to consume the food delicious as in every Tibits even though we cannot say we enjoyed it because of what had happened at the counters. Change staff and manager or make sure they both learn basic good manners first.

I love that Switzerland has large vegetarian restaurants in railway stations and other prominent places. This place was fast, fun, inexpensive and tasty. The decor and the lighting were beautiful. Simply select your selection from the large buffet and weigh everything at the checkout. A role is free per person, and they also have free water (unusual for Switzerland). Some of the foods were delicious, some I thought Nooch had in him that I didn't have a fan of... the ingredients are listed so that I should have checked the labels more carefully. There were a variety of food styles and options including hot dishes and many salads.

Ich war nun schon sehr häufig im Tibits und wurde bislang auch noch nie enttäuscht. Das Buffet hat meistens sehr viele vegane Speisen im Angebot. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass man dank der Selbstbedienung je nach Hunger mehr oder weniger nehmen kann. Die hausgemachten Getränke sind ebenfalls sehr lecker. Es gibt jedoch auch noch 1-2 kleine Kritikpunkte. Zum einen wird es schnell ziemlich teuer, was meinen Erfahrungen nach vor allem omnivore Besucher etwas abschreckt. Das ist meines Erachtens etwas schade, da das Tibits für jeden und jede etwas zu bieten hat! Zudem ist das lokal häufig ziemlich voll, was die Atmosphäre leider etwas stört.
