"Exquisites Essen in uriger Atmosphäre und sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Update: Die Atmosphäre der Kupferstub'n mit den zahlreichen Dekogegenständen aus Großmutters Zeiten , der Gaumenschmaus ob zum Essen oder Trinken, das persönliche Gespräch mit der Inhaberin war ein solches Gesamterlebnis, dass wir mehrmals bei ihr zu Gast waren und es uns schwer fiel, von Kirchberg und ihrer Gastfreundschaft Abschied zu nehmen. PS: Wer gerne hier essen möchte, dem sei eine rechtzeitige Reservierung empfohlen! Bis hoffentlich bald wieder!"

"So far Austria has been quite disappointing in terms of food, especially when traveling with vegetarians, since almost everything contains meat of some sort. That's part of the reason we were drawn to El Moro as they have vegetables and fish options. The staff is...Italian and very friendly, and the place smelled so good! We ordered almost all the menu, and everything was fresh, generously sized and delicious. We especially recommend the sea-bass in capers and olives, the pizza and the pumpkin ravioli. But really, everything was great. Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately our experience at the restaurant was marred by the waiter struggling with a sleeping child in a stroller. Despite the fact that it wasn 't particularly crowded during lunchtime , the waiter didn 't allow us to take the stroller inside. His statement was: The car stays outside . This has resulted in our not being able to dine in the restaurant. It would have been desirable if a more customer-friendly solution had been found. Service: 1"

"A large cafe in the city center. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces on site, you have to look for a paid one in the surrounding area. There are many places to find inside and also in the outdoor area (covered). The service was friendly but it took a while to find you. There is a very large selection of cakes that look really good. My lemon berry cake was really good. Unfortunately there was very little cocoa in the cup and it came out a bit strange. Either a smaller cup or a full one and not half empty, because the foam was gone pretty quickly. It is important to mention that there was no card payment."

"dinner as a family after a day of skiing. sa am table and ordered our food. we had a few people waiting for our table, a man who looked like he was the owner manager and a young lady. looked longer than expected and so we asked the man if we could cancel a carving order and he said yes. 5 minutes later, the dame brings the carving about us said that we asked to announce it and the man agreed. they insisted on letting the food at our table and taking it home with us. we refused and said it had been canceled because of the long time and we didn't want it. she refused to take it back. we asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. and a loud waitress we decided to pay and go our bill. I said the waitress that this was not right, and it was not our fault that the man agreed to lift it off. she continued to insist that she was our waitress and that we had to pay for it. I finally told her that I would pay for it, but would call my credit card company and throw a fight over it. She finally took it off. it was one of our worst experiences in a restaurant. we had good experiences in all other restaurants in kitz, but this experience was not expected especially after reading all the other reviews. therefore my low rating food was good, but service was bad"
