"I would just like to praise the manager/supporter on the 4th juli in the layer, a customer who wanted to complain from the minute she sat. not only did they complain about each part of the carvery she ate, she was also extremely rude, photos from below the heat sink, photos from through the kitchen doors. the young waitress, who was in this area, is spoken by the abhorrent remarks. they complained about nothing. I had my three years old with me and she made comments about the speech of the woman. We paid our bill and moved into another area of the pub to order desserts because it was unpleasant to hear, none of them had respected that there was a young child on the next table. what I find quite strange was when their experience was that bad and eating was so bad, why then stay for more drinks and order desserts. Unfortunately, this woman was only for what she could take out of her bill and it is disgusting that the staff should be so dismantled. all Carvery cuisine and waitress/water and manager were extremely professional and courteous this woman does not deserve to take the meal from her bill. well done to the employees for handling, but they really do not deserve this treatment today. it was an excellent service as always."

Nice Carvery! Decent selection of meals available, I had the Gammon and Turkey. Plenty of Veg and Roast Potatoes, Stuffing and Gravy. 2x Yorkshire Puddings as I had the big option. Staff were attentive and polite.

I love this place absolutely, but I would recommend that the carver wear a hair net, as I did not like the thought of my carver yesterday with quite long hair and it falls into my eating. but unlike all that was great. I had a great birthday meal with my partner.

We absolutely adore this Toby Carvery! It consistently serves the best Yorkshire puddings and meat we've ever had. It's quite rare for us to leave anything on our plates. The staff are friendly and attentive, always offering their assistance, and we truly enjoy every visit.

During our visit, the restaurant was quite bustling due to a promotion. Despite the staff being overwhelmed, they still attended to us promptly and were very accommodating. There's not much to critique, except that the establishment could use a thorough cleaning. For instance, the wall-mounted exhaust fans in the restaurant are dirty and inoperative. View menu

The service was satisfactory, but since it was our first visit to the restaurant, we were unsure about how to pay or place our order. However, halfway through our main meal, a waiter came to our table and was very helpful in explaining the process for future visits. The meals were delicious, with a good variety and outstanding Yorkshire puddings. I would recommend making a reservation as it was quite busy on a Sunday.

eating was really nice and the staff was very friendly. that was a good experience. the only reason why I didn't score a star after my partner hddd I had ended and although I had told them I wanted to buy one to take for my mother. we had a nervous waiting in the bar when it was suggested that they should refuse. we got one, but I was a bit disappointed, first I made them aware and secondly we had previously bought caries and drinks.
