"We ate twice at this place, and unfortunately, the second time was much less pleasant than the first. Our first trip, everything went smoothly--we split an antipasto, which hit the spot, and our respective pasta dishes were out of this world, the sort of simple cooking we appreciate, with few ingredients, expertly prepared. The food wasn 't that much different the second visit, our last night in Florence, but we felt unwelcome. For the longest time, the server failed to take our order, and after she did, she didn 't come by our table, though she served others who 'd arrived well after us. She never brought us bread; the cheese that had accompanied the same pasta dish the previous visit never appeared; and after we ordered dessert, a half-hour went by without result. When we finally flagged down the owner, who 'd been pressed into table service, we mentioned the dessert we 'd ordered. He blew up. Not from me! he exclaimed, which startled us and made us feel as if we 'd done something wrong. What a shame; the dinner didn 't need to go that way, and though we got our dessert (and liked it) we left feeling most unwelcome."

Sono già stato all'Accadico più volte negli ultimi anni e mi è sempre piaciuto. ieri anche gli amici erano felici avrei votato 6 se non avessimo dovuto aspettare un po 'troppo lungo per il secondo piatto, ma il cibo era eccellente e non pesante affatto. il vino della casa sia bianco che rosso potrebbe essere meglio

This was our first stop after checking into our hotel. We chose the Trattoria Accadi because it was close and had good reviews. We were not disappointed. This small establishment has a neighborhood vibe with good food, reasonable prices, and friendly service. We were impressed enough to go back on the last evening of our 4 night stay.

Visited this restaurant on the last night of our holiday. We hadn’t booked and were very fortunate to get a table as we noticed numerous customers being turned away. The food was excellent and the service was very good in spite of being really busy. We both started with caprese salad and followed with melanzane parmigiana and baccala alla livornese. To finish, we had crème caramel and tiramisu . This was accompanied by a bottle of pinot grigio and sparkling water. This was one of the best meals of our holiday and was good value for money. Would definitely recommend but best to book in advance.
