ho pranzato a metà novembre, in questo locale caratteristico, situato nella zona centrale di Parma, ho trovato ottimi il tris di tortelli e lo gnocco fritto, buone anche le torte specialmente la sbrisolona. Consigliato sicuramente

Almost tempted to rate this as 5. But if I reserve the 5s for the fancy restaurants then this is a full 4 a true trattoria, good honest local food that I’d happily eat every day. I had the mixed tortelloni (because I couldn’t decide) and the guancia di maiale. Both were great, with the guancia being particularly rich and tender.

Indifferent service. It’s almost like they don’t think customers notice when the effort is mediocre. I asked for some butter for my bread was told no in a most rude way. Immediately the ambiance turned chilly. No problem. We asked for our check and went instead to La Forchetta where we enjoyed a wonderful linch and they happily served butter when asked.

Best place for original regional cooking. Went for lunch and dinner. Lunch was the better experience. Good service, tasty food, and reasonably priced. Order the generous Parmesan starter. For dinner, waiters inexperienced and tentative. I ordered artichoke flan and received roasted artichokes. My roasted veal was tough and overly fatty, so I did not eat it. The white table wine was disappointing.
